Appreciate they answered call first time. They were a little booked so wish could have done sooner but of couste the convenience of them coming to me was great. They a wonderful job - the car almost looked better than when it was brand new & I'm not kidding- some parts where actually better. Worth every penny!

The detailing by Showcase was a birthday present. Yeah me LOL. It's been awhile since I took the wax to the car and was happy to have Showcase take care of that for me. Since it's a black car I was worried about potential swirl marks in the paint. Scott was kind enough to walk me through the process and ensure there would be no swirls. He was 100% correct.

I chose Showcase Detailing Solutions after about an hours research. When Harle and his partner showed up today they were very personable and knowledgeable! My white Sierra hasn't been this clean since the day I bought it.
Although i bought the basic wash your think I spent hundreds of dollars on a complete detail!
I would recommend Scott and his company to anyone wanting a great, thorough, cleaning of their vehicle!

I've had my car for years without ever getting it detailed. Finally took the plunge and I'm not disappointed! Great work getting my husky/retriever mixes hair out of my fabric seats!!! The owner Scott was able to get one of my vehicles from my work fleet in for a detail last minute. The car was trashed and gunked all over, including dog hair. I fully recommend Showcase moving forward. The vehicle itself looks cleaner than when we purchased it. The employee (didn’t catch his name) was super friendly, expeditious, and thorough. First time using this company, first off Scott was super friendly and got everything I wanted conveyed to his guys perfectly. They came promptly at 8 this morning and took care of the acrylic hand prints we had painted on our car. Managed to maintain the original paint and from what I think a wax as well because she looks amazing. A detailed wash outside and light detail inside. I'm very impressed and the guys that worked on it today were so awesome thank you again!

Do not use this company. I received a $250 gift certificate for a Christmas present/2020 and I went to use it this month. It "expired" 06/2021 but, due to the pandemic, I was not willing to utilize it right away. The owner was not willing to honor the whole amount and "will take $50 off the amount. Making it $200. Hope you understand". No, I don't understand; you received the entire amount of money and I don't get the entire amount of the gift certificate. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Not only is the mobile part so convenient, Scott, the owner, was great to work with and all communication was professional, responsive and efficient via Yelp. We had a full interior detail to our Ford Explorer and the two guys that came out did an excellent job. We have 3 dogs and were wanting to get our car cleaned for the arrival of our new baby. The dog hair was removed well and the inside of our car looked brand new! I'm sad I forgot to take photos. We also noticed that there was a small spot missed with the vacuum in the back of the vehicle (trunk area) but once we pointed it out the

I had them come out to detail two vehicles for us. They did a great job getting them looking almost new! Considering they are both older vehicles and have not really been detailed in an embarrassing long time, they turned out really well. The crew showed up on time, had everything they needed with them and got to work right away. I will be using them again, this time we won't be waiting so long to have it done! Having a super clean car is way cheaper than buying a new one! :-)

They came out twice for me to get the service that I paid $225 + tips. 1st trip out I waited a week to get on the schedule and they completely missed on all accounts.
1st Crew: They were here for a total of 45 mins for a full detail including carpet shampoo and wash and wax. I work from home so I did not have a lot of time to get out and inspect. I know that was my mistake but floor mats were still dirty, door jams not wiped down, center console still had dirt and dust in it. There was trash left in the side door. Smudge marks on my back passenger window from my lab. I touched the carpets to see

We have used this company in the past, and they did an amazing job. Used them this weekend, paid $50 + (tax and tip) and received the most basic wipe down/wash. When I messaged the owner to express my concerns about the poor job they did, his response was unacceptable in the eyes of a repeat customer. See his response in the photo attached! We will be looking for alternate mobile wash services in the future!
