What a living HELL this place is. my sister was there for a week we had no communication doctors nurses nobody would tell us any updates we were not allowed to speak with her. When we picked her up yesterday she was upset confused and not happy. Only showered once in a week. They will not accommodate the patient what so ever. I won't go into detail about any more other than hell to the no!!!!

We brought our 14 year old daughter here during a manic episode. I did not like that we could not make visits. The only time we got to check in with her was a 10 minute conversation on the phone at night. As a parent, it was awful not being able to see your child in a psych hospital. Also, It's a very disorganized place. Your child will not really receive proper evaluation nor any sort of therapy. But then again, it's an acute facility and their main job is to stabilize patients to get out. As a parent you have to be super involved if your child is sent there. I personally went there and demanded

This place brought me back from a dissociated state after a ptsd episode. I can’t say enough good things about Bill or Eric in unit c, they’re great at what they do.
Edit: Updated to three stars because the office was incompetent in sending my paperwork back to the FMLA for me to be able to return to work. It took two weeks of calls and messages going nowhere to inform me that Brandon was on vacation and that’s why it hadn’t been processed or sent.
However, thanks to Montu, who is a caring professional, I was able to get my paperwork completed and sent within 48 hours of making contact

I Do NOT Recommend this place for your loved ones Mental Health Issues. The entire staff is unprofessional to the point I will never, ever reach out to Bluebonnet Trails MHMR again - because this is where they imprisoned my 31 yr old son who had done nothing wrong! The reality is Bluebonnet had him on the wrong meds. Mental Health in this country is handled improperly All The Way Around, but the unprofessional manner of Cross Creek Hospital takes the cake. My son signed an ROI the very next day after being transferred there. Yet when I would call to inquire about my loved one, they were extremely

When I came to CCH I came voluntarily, and it was my first hospitalization. I arrived at the facility around 5am, and started asking for hygienic products immediately. I also asked when I could call my mother, power of attorney, and was met with "Is it 4 yet?" Even though I had not received any of the ground rules for the facility. When I would ask the desk for clothes/a clean towel, etc. I was told that it would be ready "soon". At one point when I asked the nurses station, they were just sitting on their phones and expecting the nursing students in CLINICALS to know what to do. The entirety of

I wish I would have read reviews for this place BEFORE I took my kid there.
Took my kid last night, I was told that I would recieve a phone call from someone in the morning. Well, it is 1pm now and no one have bothered to call me at all whatsoever. I have attempted to call 4 times so far today and I keep getting left on hold, I got hung up on once and then I was told I was transferred to the wrong department i was retransferred and employee named Rainey picked up the phone and I told her I had called multiple times and I was calling to check on my kid she cut me off was rude and wanted to transferred

They brought me here and the staff kept insisting I heard voices!! They keep trying to push something that isn’t!! No One would give me an answer as why I was there!! Staff gets aggravated easily lose it more than people there! I had belongings that someone claimed to be my husband and took my keys my vehicle without my consent!! Not one person there told me anything!! Why ? I am not dead nor in a coma! They complain of low funds but bring everyone in from all over the state!! The food is a bit unreal, it is too much! Someone said he gained 10 lbs just in a week! There is not much to do nor walk

I was almost given another patient's medicine while I stayed here. If I hadn't have recognized that those were not my pills, the nurse would have continued to give me numerous pills that were not prescribed to me. That is an incredibly dangerous situation. I submitted a complaint in writing upon discharge and no one followed up with me about it. I was on unit 8 hours after admission and finally was shown my room, and that was only after I asked about it. When they showed me my bed, it still had the previous patient's bedding on it so they hadn't cleaned it yet, even though I had been on the unit
