I use Jim's PC Tune-Up every 6 months. I don't have the time or patience in updating my computer, I just want it to work. He remotes in and calls me when he is done. I get an invoice in the mail as well as everything that was done. It gives me peace of mind that my computer is well-maintained and up-to-date.
