Offering residential and small business desktop and laptop computer troubleshooting, repair, maintenance, and consulting services. We offer free pickup and delivery in the local Bronxville area or we can work on your computer on-site, in your home or office. We also offer remote support for many repairs for people outside of the Westchester County area.
Viruses, spyware, Trojans and other malware threats can render your computer useless and make your computer unsafe for banking and online transactions. We will run several programs to diagnose and remove the offending virus as well as offer you consultation on how to avoid it happening again. An antivirus program cannot be installed on the computer, or the antivirus program will not run.
Hard drives fail often without warning so we recommend having a local and remote backup strategy. We can help you set up an automated backup to a local hard drive or network attached storage drive. We also can provide a cloud-based backup plan with our online backup partner, Carbonite. Your files will be backed up automatically whenever you are connected to the internet.

This is the second time I have dealt with Tom (the first time he removed a nasty redirect virus from my laptop). This time, with a new laptop I had a meltdown trying to upgrade from Windows 8 (basically konked out 98% through the upgrade and reverted me back to where I started) and it was running slower than dialup. Anyway, he was able to complete the upgrade without me having to reinstall all of my software and the turnaround time was very fast. I certainly feel much better leaving my machine with him than most of the repair places I found online....and he did not gouge me on the price.

You can truly count on Tom for outstanding computer repair and for great computer lessons. He has always responded quickly to any issues we have had with our computers and gets any problem resolved in a very timely manner. In addition, Tom is a patient and thorough teacher. He has given me a number of tutorials on the Surface Pro, SKYPE and Dropbox and is always very clear and helpful. Tom is also very personable with a great sense of humor. I highly recommend him.
