I can't speak of the cottages but the motel itself was nice in a nostalgic way, pretty clean, bed was comfortable. If you want a nice quiet spot I suggest continue searching. Each door on the old motel slams as tenants enter and leave. There are benches outside the units where people can sit, the only problem is you can hear them like they are inside your room. Which during my stay was nightly 10-11 pm. Apparently it upset another person as there was a screaming match between tenants, again 11pm. Early morning traffic is very loud as the motel is very close to US Rt1. I guess for almost

Place is neat and cute was gonna try to stay there before I got into my house we just bought, but then my husband asked about dog's and he was told my big dog wouldn't be allowed. He's a rottie so understand his hesitation, but once we told him he was a service dog he said he didn't care, he still doesn't have to take him even thow he's a service dog!! I was appalled.. we have all the federal paper work on the dog!! Yes, federal not state, but he told me he doesn't have to accept my dog!! What, I couldn't believe he had the right to over ride a federal law
