Small shop in town I live in Middleton any way. But they have tools for us DIYs out there. I got my son some pedals so he can grip it on freestyle rides. They didn’t have the helmet he wanted but it’s Covid-19 what can you do. Why 5 stars? Because they asked if I needed help. That goes a long ways for me.

I stopped in on a Friday late afternoon, before Labor Day, leaving on vacation. We needed a rack for the weekend, for our brand new E bikes.
Jordan helped me, came out and installed it at 4:30 on a Friday.
He was helpful, jovial and wished us a great weekend! We will be back!

The best customer service around! and reasonable too. The guys here are all top notch - can't say enough great things about them. I have an older model Windstream bike and was unable to put air in the tires (valve wouldn't connect well with our bike pump or with theirs) So they replaced the inside tire tubes and voila! Thanks again RC !

Reed's Cycles in Eagle went above and beyond to help repair my Mountain bike in very quick time .. In fact just several hours. They were not only helpful they did an excellent job and communicated everything that could be the issue. Bike shops are busier than ever (good for them!)... And they still delivered same day service. The tech went over every charge on the bill and the prices were very reasonable.

My family has purchased many bikes from Reeds over the last 15 years. Bill and all the other long term bike whisperers there are always the absolute best. They are always helpful and knowledgeable and do the best for your bikes every time. The maintenance service is also fast and reasonable no matter what you need, and they are highly recommend.

They fix my bike perfect the few times I have needed it.
Bill and staff also have gotten my wife out of a bind on more than a few occassions when she's needed tires for her sport wheelchair.
Cannot say enough good about this shop and staff...

Right now my favorite place to get repairs done. Fast as hell, Im talking same day service and they do a fantastic job going above and beyond your expectations. They also are a yeti dealer and have a great demo program. All theyre employees are stoked to be there and really care about you and your bike. They even remember you and what bike you ride each time you stop by. Check it out

My friend recommended I get tubeless tires (the kind that almost never go flat) installed on my road bike at Reeds. When I took my bike in, the staff was so friendly and helpful that I had them do a tune up on my bike too. I was always under the impression that if it wasn’t broken, there was no reason to pay for a tune-up. Boy was I wrong! The tune up has made my bike tons better. Everything is smoother and works quicker. It is like riding a brand new bike! I am so impressed that I am going to take my mountain bike in for a tune up too! Thank you for great service and quality work.
