Helpful, quick and easy! I've been using Mike Paxon's office for years - they insured my first car all the way up to my new home. Kelly is who you want to talk to! Have you ever had an experience when you called for a quick solution and it end up dragging on for hours, if not days? Kelly is not that person, 5 minutes tops and I was done! She was so pleasant to work with, I could feel her smile and delightfulness through the phone. We have been using state farm insurance for over 30 years for our home owners and auto insurance and have been extremely happy with Mike and his team having switch from another insurance provider following a claim dispute that resulted in us having to pay additional money to repair our roof for the same specification of shingles as the previous company would not pay for the same spec shingle.
