This place is a joke. I do not recommend this place at all. The doctors don't care about you. They don't read your chart at all. The medical assistants are the worst ones. The office manger Christine does not care about anything you have to say. They talk about bad about you, never believing anything you say. They lie about everything pretending they want to help you. Change your provider if you get the chance too.

My wife and I had Sutter Health and we lost our doctor because he went to another medical agency. We decided to search around and found Apollo Health which was affiliated with Sutterhealth.
I was scheduled by another doctor to have cataract surgery on my left eye and was required to have an EKG. I scheduled an appointment and arrived 15 minutes early which is required as a Sutter Health patient. When I arrived, I found the front door locked. I rattled the door and the front receptionist came out and started yelling at me. You're 15 minutes early!!! With my luck the receptionist was the one

I paid $1000 for my mom to see an immigration doctor and to get all of her shots at Apollo. They were supposed to fill out an immigration form and call me to pick it up when they were done. I went there a couple times after work and no one was there to open the door no matter how much I knock on the door or call them. This was during the covid shut down. When everything open back up I went to pick up the paper work and they told me it expired and we would have to pay to start all over again. Stay far away from this place! Bad customer service and a big ripoff!

I used this group for over a year and they are very slow to provide care. I had to make a fuss about my health situation, otherwise I was completely disregarded. After having neurological symptoms for this amount of time, I finally was able to be seen by a neurologist (who was a one star rated neurologist who has many many complaints) only to be turned around and dismissed by the neurologist.
I will say that once I told Dr Daliwal that I was serious about my health condition and if I was taken seriously, I would take necessary measures, she then took me seriously and got the ball rolling.

This review is for Dr. Tiwana.
Starting with the front desk, there's 1 person there that's good, everyone else is extremely unprofessional. They are yelling out a patient's confidential information like birthday/social security number/address for the whole waiting area to hear
Secondly, Dr Tiwana asked me to get blood tested and get my knee an X-ray because it hurts a lot. The results came back and she keeps telling me everything is normal. Well clearly it isn't normal because I'm a 21 year old with knee pain and she refuses to reply back to my messages. I have to switch

I have had a great experience with Apollo physicians. Dr. Panesar takes the time to explain specifics about how I can improve my health. For instance, I had high cholesterol and he educated me on the types of foods to avoid/include and counseled me on implementing mindful eating to decrease my animal product consumption. My cholesterol improved without medication! He calls me personally as soon as he receives my labs and lets me know the results. He also does my Botox! If I could rate 0 I would the Physicians are great but the front office staff horrible,. They never answer the phones or rarely return calls. To make an appointment you call and leave a message which hopefully they will return. My husband job sent over medical release and I literally had to go in physically to find out what was going on and a week later when I showed up again they filled out paperwork. I highly do not recommend this place.

Caring physicians. Sometimes hard to get phone calls returned .Not sure if it's the office staff or what. Always seem to have new staff coming in. Could use some updating on waiting room. I guess none of that should matter if you have doctors that are genuinely concerned and they are. Pretty easy to get appointments. I like it here

These doctors actually take the time to sit down with you and talk about things going on! They listen to what you have to say and they provide a great healthcare system! My father-in-law my husband and myself I'll see Dr Panesar he is an amazing doctor! I have also saw Dr. Tiwana and she is amazing also! My father-in-law also sees Dr. Hundal Who is the cardiac doctor there! They provide excellent service to their patients! They are very helpful and go above and beyond!

I was here for an exam that wasn't a run of the mill variety, but everyone from the doctors to the nurses to the front desk staff were very nice and professional. I actually enjoyed my visit to a doctor for the first time in years. Maybe even more telling, every person I saw walk out was smiling and in high spirits. I would recommend this place to everyone!

Dr. Panesar has treated me for the past few years and I feel comfortable assigning him as my PCP. Initially though it wasn't the best. The staff then was not trained properly so receiving outside care through a referral was difficult. But soon enough the staff, technicians and doctors, all seem to get things right for me. I am.thankful for the help Dr. Panesar has given me. He has provided me with the resources and care to help manage my health. The location is off highway 99, the office is clean, and the patient waiting rooms are private. Apollo Physicians, and staff are receptive to my needs

If you are looking for a caring and sensible physician, you should consider Apollo Physicians in Sacramento. Dr. Tiwana is very easy to talk to, friendly, understanding, very caring, very competent, and just an overall very good doctor. I am a woman in my late 30s but I would imagine she would be an excellent physician for children as well. I feel like I am in good hands there.

Update : Dr. Tiwana ordered physical therapy for my back but told me to wait until my other test results came in. By the time the test results were given to me, which was several weeks, I called PT to make an appt., I was told I need a new referral because they only honor them for 30 days and by the time I get an appt., the 30 days will have past. I have called numerous times to my Dr.'s office to get this and now the manager or owner Andy has told me to find a new Dr.. So, because his staff can not do their jobs and I have to keep calling to get a referral, I am told to go somewhere

UPDATE: I am/was treated for a MVA and have had the hardest time getting my short term disability paperwork processed. The first submission was completed electronically and timely. The subsequent extensions have taken 1-3 weeks to complete. I have had to call repeatedly and speak with multiple people. This has caused a delay in my payments from the state and a undo financial hardship. I even had to pay to overnight my last extension to the state to avoid missing my due date. I feel like my care is always handled properly but this paperwork issue has been a continuous issue that caused me a great

My mom moved to Sacramento and needed a primary care physician in a hurry for medication renewals. We really got lucky to find Dr. Tiwana at Apollo physicians. The front desk ladies are so helpful and nice. Christina went above and beyond to get mom an appointment the very next day. It was late in the day when we called or I'm sure she would have gotten mom in the same day. I cannot say enough about these wonderful people who are only a call away and who will do anything and everything they can to help you, especially doing their absolute best to work around your schedule, not vice versa. I've gone there multiple times and have never had to wait more than a day or so to be seen. The doctors listen to you and are exceedingly kind.The other people who work there, nurses, and the front desk staff are helpful and always have a smile for you.

I Love Apollo Physicians. Staff is amazing and very professional and well trained. They respond to phones promptly and follow up. I was surprised to receive a follow up call next day after my visit, and they asked me about my visit and if I had everything I need (Medication orders, lab orders etc..). I have been to many doctors, never ever has anyone called back asking me about visit and if I needed anything. I am able to get appointments same day or next day with an MD Doctor. Dr. Tiwana is really great and knowledgeable. She listened to me and we spent almost 25 minutes discussing my problems
