We offer Roseville urgent care! We provide an affordable alternative to health care that's too urgent to wait for the family physician and much less expensive than the ER for non life-threatening. Med Care Medical Center is a high quality and affordable urgent care center that provides experienced physicians who are dedicated to treating patients with skill, care and respect.
We are currently looking for an MD to join our team at our Urgent Care facility here in Roseville, CA. Seeking part time physician to help staff our established Urgent Care facility in Roseville. The physician will perform medical examinations and procedures, communicate treatment plans and interpret lab results.
No one likes surprise bills. We understand 100%. We have posted prices so you can have a transparent view of estimated health care expenses for your visit, particularly for self-pay patients. We participate with many insurance plans, please check below and contact us if you do not see your insurer below. Some insurers are contracted and specific names may not be listed. Your specific insurance plan determines whether your co-pay is the same as a physician office visit or if there is a different co-pay amount.
If you feel that your condition is life-threatening you need to be seen in a hospital Emergency Room you should call 911. The ER treats life threatening medical conditions, such as chest pains, severe wounds or amputations. Urgent Care Centers treat conditions that need immediate attention but are not life or limb threatening.

We came to Med Care for a rapid Covid test for two of my children. My kids have had a few traumatizing experiences and this was an incredibly easy and pain free experience. The staff was so kind and the medical assistant who administered the test, Xonia, was amazingly comforting and easy with the kids. First test that they didn’t cry!! Thank you again!

I moved to Texas from Orangevale, California one year ago and I want to say that I have yet to find an Urgent Care facility that is even remotely close to Roseville Med Care. I miss my compassionate, funny and excellent doctor, ‘never in a rush’…..Dr. Borris. If you want to have a good experience when you need a doctor, see my friend Dr.’Borry’.

I saw Dr. Boris who is one of the most caring and competent primary care physicians I have encountered in a long time. He listens and is willing to think outside of the proverbial box. He is especially personal and genuinely interested in providing the needed care for his patients. My recent visit was a very good experience and I will, without hesitation, recommend this clinic especially when Dr. Boris is the on-duty physician.

Wow...last minute medical issue came up on a Friday night...I called them and she said they see patients for 2 more minutes and asked how close I lived. I explained my symptoms and they said if I came right away they would see me. When I showed up I expected to be 'hurried through' because they wanted to go home..but no...I was greeted with smiles and concern.
I am mighty impressed with anyone that can smile at the end of their day on a Friday night and not make their patients feel rushed. Dr. Borris was fabulous, professional and kind. I loved the 2 gals working the front desk and the nurse.
