I've been here for 3 years now and since day 1 of looking into an apartment Theresa Knight has always been there. She is the most friendly, genuine, and helpful person that you could ever meet. If there ever was a problem that we came across she would always apologize for the problem and get to fixing it. I love how every time I would come into the leasing office she would always remember me by name. It always felt great.
Danny Gonzales, the property manager is also very helpful. He always tries to do what is best for the residents. I don't usually see property managers who are hands

First and for most I would love to give a special thank you to the Property Management- Danny and Teresa.
From the moment I scheduled my tour, the professionalism and hospitality was exceptional.
During these difficult times due to the COVID Pandemic I've come across many rental scams and it was extremely stressful searching for a new home.
Danny and Teresa took a chance on me, we're honest, communicative, professional & verified my information thoroughly/efficiently!
They are amazing!

Still can't believe it! My family and I reside at Clair Del Gardens and I have to say, the staff there are amazing! However, I am writing this to sincerely thank the maintenance team that helped us through a really interesting situation, Juan and Lilton (Lilton had just worked there for 6 days, at the time.) Long story short, we called the main office, and property management immediately sent maintenance to our home and just as quickly solved our issue, which was to no fault of the facility (Thanks again...kids, go figure!)

I enjoy my apartment, but I am giving one star due to this company's poor customer service. When I email I must continuously follow up to get an answer. Normally this wouldn't be that big of an issue to warrant a one star review. However, my apartment recently sprung a leak and some of my property was damaged. Because I am fairly new to renting, I emailed asking for guidance about my damaged property. Not only did they not send someone that night to assess the situation, which could have led to more damage if I hadn't been so proactive in clearing the area, but they still have not

I am a current resident and has been here for at least four months. First I can say that the managers that I met first which is Ashley and Danny are very nice and funny people. So much that I stop by and talk to them if there in the office. The environment is very clean and approachable and I haven't had any problems with my neighbors. Although I can say that it does get really hot inside the apartment and the cemetery does kind of freak me out. Parking is the only dislike that I have if you don't have a reserved spot in the lot you will have a difficult time finding a parking spot. I

I lived here for a year and the experience wasn't bad. The maintenance crew is very friendly and prompt on the work requests I had. My apt was clean when I moved in and kept up very well. Huge bedroom size with enough closet space. The outside areas were clean and well lit. Parking for visitors is killer though and can get frustrating. All in all not a bad place to live but I didn't see any gardens like how the place is called... Hah

My car was attempted grand theft in the carport
Management did nothing
Trespassers every single day throughout the day
Management did nothing again
Hand you a slip when you move out telling you they need to paint the entire place ( only lived there for 10 months) 190.00$, cleaning fees
Ashley is terrible to deal with and very condescending
At times the gate is just left wide open and never closes! Not that it matters the homeless wait for gate to open and walk in anyway
People drinking on the street late at night

This place is awful.
This is the short list: COCKROACHES, Drug Dealers, Vandalized Cars, people Hopping Fences, Break-ins, Broken Windows, Bad/Poor Management, Old/Rundown Gym Equipment, $10 Laundry Card before you even put money to do your laundry, Rude Maintenance Staff, No Deposit Return - even if You take care of your place, to them there's no such thing as usual wear and tear. You name it, it has it.
If I could give this place negative stars I would.

I like it here, tho it is a semi sketchy area. Kids in the courtyard can be loud, yelling, and there are lots of dogs, but they don't usually bark. They've taken care of my maintenance requests quickly for the most part (changing the # called from the front gate took a week). Street parking takes 5 min from the farthest spot available during bad parking times, since they give you 1 spot for 2 bedroom places with a long wait list for getting an extra spot. The gym is nice, and there was a broken treadmill that promptly got fixed. Also, the pool is always maintained.

Run as fast as you can the opposite way. Why? Several reasons.
1.) Do you want to get a morning and evening workout to your car?
2.) Do you want to worry about the management assigning your personal, assigned parking spot to the cleaning people?
Then this is the place for you. If not then look somewhere else.
Recently, I was arriving home from work and found an unknown vehicle parked in my assigned parking spot.
I did the RESPONSIBLE thing and called management only to find out that it was after 5pm and the office was closed so I
