After having such great experiences for urgent care and covid testing needs, I have been rather impressed with AllCare so much that I have established them as a primary care provider. Their telemedicine option and online appointment system are so efficient and convenient!!! Communications through their patient portal as well notifications via text and email have far surpassed my expectations when I can easily access notes from my visit and labs. I have seen several providers here and each of them have been down-to-earth, comforting and engaging. Thank you for having such great service, bedside

This is the worst practice in this area. You cannot trust anything about this place. The front desk is very incompetent and would cancel the appointments last minutes without even telling you. You drive there to find out that the appt has been cancelled or rescheduled. This happened to us not once not twice but couple of times so finally decided to write this review. Find a better practice who value your time.

Have used this urgent care in the past and been very satisfied. Even during COVID. This time was entirely different story. Website has 3 choices of appts : virtual/online, in person, or COVID. Booked an appt for in person. Was never given a prompt that ALL appts have to be virtual and a confirmation email AND text were sent for the inperson appt. Showed up and no one would see us because their policy, which is NOT stated on their website, is ALL appts have to be virtual and they will determine if inperson is needed. They turned us away, made us go home and do virtual appt despite being right there

I have always had a positive experience at this facility! I find the personnel professional and helpful. This time I was seen by a woman Dr. Whose name I'm not even going to attempt, but she is the woman of Russian descent, and I found her to be very knowledgeable and KIND. It is pretty awesome to find a Physician kind!!!! I definitely recommend.

If i could give a zero i would. This place was not busy at all. I walked in to seek care for my spouse who was covid negative and needed to be evaluated. One young lady turned me away and referred me to the ER. As an ER nurse that is very offensive as the hospitals are very overwhelmed. Instead of asking for further questions she dismissed me. I walked out. Not sure why this place is called “allcare”. They clearly do not care and should not be referred to as an urgent care. Someone who was before me was also turned away so not too sure what the evaluation process of this place is. Do not waste

I love the service at AllCare Ellicott City! For me and my family it is the most hassle-free urgent care facility that you can find on this stretch of Route 40 West. I registered online for a virtual visit, with same day time slots available! Dr Victor Kim was courteous and answered all of my questions. I was then given instructions that I could drive through their COVID test site. When I arrived a friendly young gentleman took my test and answered additional questions. I was able to schedule an annual physical exam within the week, whereas my previous doctor had a 6 month backlog. I was able to have my blood taken in the office by an excellent plebology technician who quickly located my vein and didn't leave me bruised and I didn't have to travel elsewhere to have the procedure done. My doctor was very, very thorough in my family history and asked very thorough questions and provided me with referrals, specifically to a dermatologist who could see me within a week, instead of the usually wait times of months. I came here after first going to a very busy competitor down the road where the wait would have been 3 hours. From the moment I walked into AllCare, I knew I had made the right decision. The friendly person at the front desk immediately checked me in. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The doctor saw me within 5 minutes and was extremely thorough. He explained everything and answered all my questions. I am so grateful to have AllCare on my health care team for those times when I can't get an immediate appointment with my primary.
