Had a great experience going here for the first time. I was nervous going to a doctor's office during COVID, but felt very comfortable. There was not much of a wait, everyone was friendly, the facility was very clean, and my doctor really listened to my concerns and helped. I am also happy to know they offer primary doctor services as well!

I had scheduled a virtual appointment with AllCare to be seen about my cough as they wouldn't see me in person because my symptoms were too close to COVID. I was excited to be seen as I was suffering from a severe cough that didn't allow me to sleep at night but as the appt time approached, they cancelled my appointment because the message said i didn't provide my latest insurance information. I was frustrated because I had asked the receptionist to take my new insurance info when I called to make the appointment but she assured me that i could enter it online. There was no where to enter it online

They were there for me when my family physician advised to get re-evaluated at an urgent care. Upon getting there I was advised by a very nice and professional receptionist that while they handle some urgent care, that I could register to be seen curbside. Who knew this was even offered?? Didn't have to wait more than a few minutes before Dr Mitchell came out to check me. She was professional and pretty much diagnosed me right away. Then I was asked to come inside for a more thorough exam. Everyone was so nice and kind and more important, personable! I would go back here in a heartbeat!!! Actually

2 stars cause of the easy of getting an appointment. But I don’t see why I would need. Doctors appointment to get a COVID test done. While the COVID test is covered by insurance, doctor visit is not. Did a virtual visit with doctor and spoke for 5 sec (said I want to get tested as my husband is positive, he said okay) and the bill before insurance was $600!!

I just love Dr. Mitchell and the new Columbia office she works out of. Dr. Mitchell really cares about you and your health. There is no wait time to see your doctor. The receptionist's acknowledges you the minute you come through the door , ready to sign you in to see your doctor. I cannot express how professional the MA's are. They greet you with a beautiful smile and does not ask you any question's without being in a private closed door room. They are very, very polite and knows their job very well. The waiting room has such a relaxed atmosphere you may not want to leave. I can go on and on about

At first it was great, I had a really bad sore throat for about two days and they did give me a telehealth appointment the first day that I called. I did get a Covid test and a strep test the first day and understood that I had to wait for my results in the morning. When the results for both of my tests were negative the following morning, I asked for a prescription for my throat. No response from the doctor at all that day. I called the next day and the next day and the people that answered the phone were very nice and said that they sent a message to the doctor, but the doctor was not responding

I have had breathing problems (not from COVID) and have struggled to get enough air over the last few weeks. I'm not concerned enough to go to the hospital, but it has still been scary. After they moved my appointment online, I waited on the call for two and a half hours before giving up and realizing that my doctor wasn't going to call. I was sitting there long enough that the website made me re-login four times.

I had a very unpleasant experience with a front desk staff member today. She did not introduce herself. I called and politely asked for a letter of clearance to return to work and was met with a harsh attitude, constantly interrupted and the conversation ended with her hanging up on me in the middle of me speaking.
I am very disappointed with how unprofessional the exchange was.
I do NOT recommend this location to others if they want to be treated with respect. Even though I really like my PCP, Dr. Maria Munoz, she has lost me as a patient due to her rude staff.
