Services
In addition to treating a wide range of medical conditions from coronary heart disease to hypertension - we also offer other services to provide the best quality care for our patients. All referral requests require an Office Visit with Dr. Desai. Most insurances do not allow referrals to be processed retrospectively, so it is the responsibiltiy of the patient to obtain a referral prior to seeking any specialy care.
As a new patient, your first few visits are important because they establish a vital foundation for our relationship with you. At Desai Medical Center, our goal is to provide the best care possible by properly analyzing all available health related information as listed for evidence-based care. To ensure this quality care, all new patients are scheduled according to a 3-Phase New Patient Appointment Model.
Desai Medcal Center offers a Portal and Mobile App for their Patient Portal through their Electronic Health Records (EHR) system, MedicsCloud. With a patient portal account, you can connect with your healthcare provider and have access to your personal health information in a secure online environment, 24-hours a day.

Clean and diverse Medical center and Dr. Desai is the Best Doctor ever, great staff, very professional and polite from the front desk, nurses, assistant, laboratory technician to the medical records department. Dr Desai has been my Primary Dr since 2018 and very accessible. Many occasions on serious medical issues, the office had called outside specialists being referred to, ensuring urgent availability of appointments dates. I recommend Desai Medical center.

Very complicated onboarding process. A packet of about 20 pages has to be completed. The website states to fax the paperwork to their office. It cost me $40 to fax paperwork. After completing and faxing paperwork per instructions I waited 3 weeks and received no call, when I call them its always answering machine. I called and spoke with someone at the front desk who says they have no fax machine and never received it. They had no record of me. I mentioned to him that instructions on paperwork and website need to be updated, didn't seem to matter. Please update your website & paperwork so others

Had my first visit yesterday. Can not say enough great things about this practice, everyone is kind, patient and helpful. I never felt rushed, they took their time and listened to my medical history. Low wait time, clean office, friendly staff and doctor. Also, very thorough. I feel lucky to be taken on as a new patient at this practice.

Dr. Desai is an amazing doctor. He treats you from a holistic approach. As an Indian doctor, he know your entire body, not just certain parts. He is very thorough. Because he had a lot of elderly patients, you may have to wait for his arrival If there is a medical emergency. I think he is over booked as well. I love going to him because he is honest, caring, and takes time to explain everything to you. His nurses are amazing. They make you laugh and have a great personality. The front desk gentleman are nice and know their jobs but need to smile more. I have never had any issues with the office

Been seeing the Doctor since 2012, he is amazing caring Doctor. The staff is very helpful and knowledge about everything. The doctor even gave me his cell phone number to call in case i have any problems. He takes his time to go over your test results and tell you everything you need to know. I will recommend him to all my friends and family. In which I have already because my mother now sees him also. One of my favorite doctors ever.

I have to disagree with the previous reviewers. Well maybe not disagree, but I've had a different experience.
Doctor Desai was my attending during a hospital stay. I loved his honesty and holistic approach ever since.
The staff is "good". They could use some customer service training (smile guys ) . However the lady (nurse) that took my blood was a hoot and a pleasant distraction.
It would be nice to go to any doctor or dentist or vets office and be seen when your appointment is scheduled though. Just saying....
