I am so happy I found this place!! The past year I struggled with losing weight. The scale was actually going the wrong way, and I was slowly gaining weight no matter what I did! I finally got sick of it and decided to try a weight loss clinic. I only needed to lose about 20 pounds you, and I was afraid of being judged. Boy was I wrong! The staff is so nice and friendly! I always see Teresa when I go in. She is like an angel on earth!! She is so nice, caring, and so delightful.
I can happily say that in just 2 weeks I have lost 8 pounds!! It is truly a happy miracle! I never thought I could get

This place is a total joke they took $1,082.00 from me and never got my blood pressure before prescribing me diet pills I can get from my doctor with my insurance for free and then scheduled me a month and a half out when I am on a three month program and I thought that I would speak with maybe a nutritionist about a diet plan and an exercise plan and I wasn’t given anything literally and then they try to act like all the stuffs in my chart but I am none of it was ever discussed with me and then I asked for a refund and I get a call back saying oh I wish you would reconsider blah blah blah and

I gave this place only 2 stars because I experienced a horrible situation w/ getting my pre-paid plan refund.
I pre-paid for 3 months because Theresa kept pushing that they were having a special & I still had a couple lbs that I wanted to lose so I paid.
I ended up with Cancer & couldn’t finish my last month. After a previous request & phone call to Cynthia, I called to ask for the 1 month refund. She said she pulled my chart, said she would talk to the office manager & get back with me. After not hearing back for several wks, I called back to talk to Cynthia. She told me that she had forgot

You are better off spending your money elsewhere. They present you with all these options and trick you into programs. You can get what you pay here and more for a lesser amount at other clinics. Very disapppointing since Ive been a client of them for 3 years. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. THIS PLACE CHARGES TOO MUCH and WILL KEEP CHARGING YOU WITH WHATEVER THEY CAN. Other clinics are much better priced than this place. It use to be goos but now its trending downhill fast

The staff is really nice and I liked working with them. However, I had prepaid for a plan and due to health concerns and advice of my PCP, was unable to start the program. I requested if a refund was possible and was getting a round about answer with finally them telling me they didnt even know if they would be in business anymore because of COVID. Really disappointed in this outcome because its a lot of money to just lose with no benefit and I have no faith in the company now that they are willingly telling patients they may not be around much longer.

I began my journey with Unicorn three weeks ago and I’m down 21 lbs. The staff is phenomenal and very encouraging and the meal plan keeps me satisfied. I suffered a back injury and couldn’t work out and this has helped me get the weight off while my back healed. 3 weeks in and 3 more weeks to go... 40 lbs lighter here I come.
