Everything was very easy going! I received medication the same day and am looking forward to the results and I am day 2 so far and I can say everything is well! I’m excited! The staff to me was super friendly and the doctor answered any questions I did have! It’s great to also do your own research on Phentermine as well so you are educated going into your apt to be able to ask questions!! They also give you explanations and breakdowns of all meds and additional things that can aid in weight loss!! Highly recommend.

Overall my experience was really good the doctor answer all my questions I feel really comfortable and I’m really happy to be able to start my journey with weight loss my only thing about this office is that everybody was wearing gloves even when they come and get you they already have gloves on I never saw them change the gloves even when I took my first shot she came in with gloves on already I don’t know if they were clean or not but after seeing the receptionist in the front I think her name was Candace take out the trash and put a new bag on the trashcan and not change your gloves instead

Called just recently to ask some questions, although the person on the phone seemed courteous, at the end when she said they’re all booked, she abruptly hung up on me whole k was in mid-sentence. I was just about to ask something and she just hung up without letting me know she was ending the call. Talk about rude! Needless to say, I for sure won’t patronize such a rude place. If that’s how they treat someone on the phone, I cannot imagine how they treat anyone they service. Phone etiquette is important and it represents their business practice and customer service.

Dr. Gabriel and her staff are simply the best! Rogayle, Yani, Veronica, you can expect the best from each of the staff members from the time they greet you at the door on time with your appointment, they don’t keep you waiting, the chairs are separated in the office for social distancing, they have gloves on, they were masks, they take your temperature and they have hand sanitizer, they also have wanted to time service, where they don’t open the door and unlock it for you until you call and check in to confirm that you’ve arrived. AMAZING EXPERIENCE! I'm very picky...very. Everyone was Extremely knowledgeable! The entire staff was kind and efficient. Answered all my questions. Very clean facility. LOVED the Covid regimen. You wait in your car and call them and they come to the door and walk you in. Helps with social distancing. Everyone on staff, was wearing a mask and gloves and there is hand sanitizer everywhere. Rogayle is AMAZING!! Very personable and helpful. Thank you for such a pleasant experience!

What a great experience! Wow! First off this place is OCD clean. This office is taking care of there customers but also there employees. I went in for my visit recently. I had a great experience especially with Dr. Gabriel...she is so easy to talk too. She was very informative and caring in catering my weight loss journey to me personally. She left plenty of room for my questions. I felt relaxed and not rushed at all. I would strongly recommend.

I was just treated so poorly . I feel so disrespected. The employee that I just dealt with is very unprofessional and apparently does not like her job. She has no customer service skills. Instead of making money for the establishment she's turning money away because she's focused on leaving for the day instead of working. Instead of doing what she's paid to do. And she's a liar . Where do I begin? I called this place hours ahead of time today to ask if I could stop by to pick up 3 months of medication. I was told I could stop by as long as I arrived before 3 p.m. I set up

Wow I can't even say enough about this place, it's really changing my life! I'm down 15 pounds in 3 weeks of being a client here. The staff is incredibly helpful although I was having issues with my first round of medicine -- they definitely helped me find a solution and help me find something that worked for me. Not only are they helpful but they're all very sweet and encouraging. Especially the women at the front desk! If you want your day to be made, go chat with them :) if you're struggling with weight loss this is the best place to go.

I agree with one reviewer that says the PA has ZERO! bedside manner and what she does is shame you because of your weight and then tries to sell you their program plus all kind of shots, which is ridiculously expensive for just protein shakes and vitamins. I felt so down when I came out of that place. You will find better places where they will treat you better and motivate you instead of shaming you.

First, I did lose weight, but don't go here if you want to feel good about yourself. If you want to be SHAMED for everything you ingest; then this is perfect for you. Front desk staff is like a mean girls club. They nit pick EVERYTHING! I'm down 20 lbs. in 2 months because of my hard work. The PA has ZERO bedside manner and lectures over the same thing constantly week after week. I go in feeling good about my weigh in and leave feeling like crap, EVERY TIME. You want to know their secret? Veggies, water and exercise. That's it. Their appetite suppressant is regulated "by law

Had my first appt today. Arrived on time at 9:55am for a 10am appt. wasn't seen until after 11am, by 12p I was still waiting for another person to bring products into the room. After delaying work for 2 hours I left. I'm disappointed because they took walk ins before me and I had an appt. The staff was apologetic but after the multiple confirmation texts I expected them to be respectful of my time as I was if theirs. Not sure if I will be back next week.

I absolutely love this place. The staff is super friendly. I tell Maria (nurse) that I like the weekly weigh in's because she makes me accountable. The price is definitely reasonable compared to other weight loss centers and they get you in/out pretty quickly. The remember who you are and treat you like family. Best place to help you lose weight with a supportive team.
