Our basement was flooded and we were asked to contact MWM mitigation team by our home insurance.Craig arrived with his team and addressed the situation ASAP. They are extremely polite, professional.they even checked-in over the weekend.I highly recommend Craig and his MWM Team.

I researched and research until I found the perfect company to complete a total house demolition and restoration. I can’t express in words how truly happy and pleased I am with the final product. I never could imagine how BEAUTIFUL my house would be. MWM has bent over backwards to make sure I was completely satisfied along the way. I began work with MWM after a water leak caused damage to my ceiling and hardwood floors. My insurance company placed the job with MWM, so I didn't have a chance to research beforehand. The initial inspector who came out was great, but once the project started, it was a mess.
- While the crew was working in my home, it was a MESS. Some mess is understandable, but there were literal piles of garbage on the floor. They constantly left the toilet seat up, left footprints on my coffee table (why are you standing on my table?), handprints on the refrigerator. It just made me feel like they had

I should have hid to Tresa's advice. I would have given this company zero star but yelp forces you to give them a star.
Unfortunately, I was stuck with them for the 3.5 months for floor restoration. I signed the papers at the end of June and I just got my floors done in 2nd week of October!!
These are the reasons why it took so long:
1) PM is not experienced. If he knew more about hardwood then the length of time to deal with the insurance adjuster would be less. There was alot of going back and forth between a partial floor replacement versus full floor replacement.
2) PM has poor
Unfortunately, I was stuck with them for the 3.5 months for floor restoration. I signed the papers at the end of June and I just got my floors done in 2nd week of October!!

Sadly our home suffered a chimney fire mid December 2016. It was deemed to be caused by a structural flaw in the construction of the chimney when the house was built in 1978. Because of the single digit temps in December, the chimney demo & rebuild could not even begin until March 2017 so the mortar could set properly. The delay was out of MWM's hands, but they diligently kept the place secure, dry, and protected.

Working with them has been the worst contracting experience of my life. Very poor communication, they did not follow directions even after I talked to the project manager and the workers, they did not know local building code, very poor workmanship, the list goes on and on. I experienced a leak in the shower pan of my Arlington condo. Hassib promptly showed up to estimate the scope of work. He patiently guided me on the selection of replacement tile and a shower door that a previous contractor damaged. His crew started the work promptly, the tile and sheet rock repair workmanship was excellent, and I was very pleased with the overall project. The bathroom looks better than before! Hassib kept me updated all the time on the work progress and his crews always showed up on-time. I highly recommend MWM Cleaning and Restoration.

MWM came to our rescue after we experienced flooding in our basement during a rain storm. Malik came out right away, explained the process and procedures for mitigation, and answered all of our questions. His knowledge and professionalism provided us with a sense of comfort during a very stressful time. The workers who serviced our home were also very knowledgeable and treated our home with respect and care. I would highly recommend MWM for your restoration needs.
