My rental property in Arlington flooded a few weeks ago and our tenant found multiple water restoration companies. After 4 calls to 4 companies we picked APS Restoration based on their good reviews and honest advice.
Tom walked me though the whole process and followed up with our tenant and our home owner's insurance. Because of the previous mold issue we had to go over multiple procedures to clean up the mess in the basement. I highly recommend them!
