No respect for a speed limit. All roads are dirt so either you are getting dusted out or it’s all nasty mud. Honestly I’m hating to see the filters on my air conditioning system. If you don’t have a water treatment of some kind for your camper I wouldn’t recommend this place. Shower, sinks and toilet would turn orange. I was scrubbing every third or forth day to keep it from completely staining everything. And also to mention it stinks. I even bought water for my dogs. If your a traveler for work it’s not the place to stay there is no noise curfew. Drunks or children riding around on

Golf carts speed all around all hours of the night. Both gas and electric. There is no age restrictions. Groups of people think of nothing of blocking the roads while they carry on their conversations while on their golf carts. SOME Very rude and inconsiderate full timers that always need to be seen and heard. At one time it was the… campground to be at. No longer. It’s gone downhill terribly. Some sites look like trashy with all kinds of nonsense slung around it. Managemenet from all levels seem not to care. As long as they get that almighty dollar, that’s all they’re

I work on the road and have stayed in near 100 campgrounds but this is one of the worst. To start with it has dirt roads that throw up so much dust it clogged up my a/c and we had to wash out 3 different kids eyes. To make things worse it turns into 3 inches of mud when it rains. I have knee high weeds all around my camper, you can't have anything out side in front that they think is ugly. (Old grills, totes, coolers, any clutter. Drunks and 7yr olds fly around the property and bump into parked cars. And management (I think his name is Bill ) is rude and prices keep going up. But on the plus side

The campground is kept very clean and the grounds are beautiful. There are a lot of seasonal and people working in the area but all the campers have to be kept up...we are here to be near our daughter. They are open year round which is hard to find in Michigan or Indiana. Only 30 minutes from South Bend. Nice pond for fishing or swimming and also the river to fish in. Nice playground and walking trails.

Such a great stay! We have visited this campground two years in a row and have found the owner and the year-round residents to be friendly and extremely helpful.
Please disregard the poor reviews regarding upkeep. This place has experienced severe flooding and they have worked hard to restore the beauty of the park and the campsites that were damaged on two different occasions this past spring. They have new sod being installed, new campsite pads being rebuilt and when the work is competed it will be more beautiful then before. From what I understand there is also a plan to hopefully expand the
