This was the worst experience I have ever had. I have never been so put off by a business owner in my entire life. To start the address I was given via text sent me across the way to LA Tan. We were 8 mins late and received a call. Then when trying to find our way he called yet again and said, “are you really coming in?” Excuse me? So once we finally make our way back I was abruptly told I can’t have anything other than the basic pedicure because I was late. Mind you, they weren’t busy at all. Then the kid who did mine took less than 20 mins on my feet, didn’t do 90% of what he should

DO NOT GO!! I went today to get my nails and it seemed liked they would look okay at first but they do not look good they are amateur nails I swear I can do them better my self ! She got glue on my thumb, the polish are not all the way to the side of the nail and on top of one nail the polish is going over and she didn’t even clean it. On my thumb there is a dent from the nail polish and she didn’t even go over with another coat, then she couldn’t do the design I wanted. It was such a mess, and the amount of powder with monomer she put was super thin it was not thick at all. Terrible nails

The first picture is what I asked for the second two images are what I got. I also asked the women three times to make one a frowning face. Also made us wait an hour because we were 8 minutes late even though they have a ten minute grace policy. They offered us drinks and never gave us them and overall it was a bad experience.

The nail shade I selected was light pink for the sns and the color they gave me was a neon pink. I brought it up to my technician a couple of times but she said it would fade away and it was just the lighting. It looks worse at home and is nothing close to the color I chose. Was also not offered any complimentary drinks.
