Literally the BEST! Tanya and her husband are awesome. I've never had such amazing service in my life! My pedicure and gel nails Last FOREVER!! My pedicure-no chip toes 6-8 weeks...my gel nails at least 3 weeks!!!So happy I found them!So personable and very helpful! My pedicure massage on my legs and feet is SOOOOO long- With my MS it makes me feel 100 times better and so refreshing an incredible that they take the time to care for great quality! They are super clean, Have wonderful refreshments, great quality products, fabulous art work and over all just amazing service! My daughter who is 12

Love coming here! I used to go to different places all the time, never was truly satisfied. The service is great & they take you in a timely manner. I have been going to Danny and he is always wonderful! He even advises me on what shape would be best so my nails look great and not weird LOL. LOVEEE coming here!

Nice place, I went because it was close to home. They charge an extra $5 for callous removal (not cool) don't get why that's not already included in a basic pedicure ($30). They have good service and something called a volcanic pedicure I'll have to check out. Some of the staff didn't seem to know what they were doing. Basic mani $18, it's right next to Pisces cafe in Lisle. Plexi glass at each station but in front of you and the person working not between you and a guest.

I love this salon. The new owners are so fabulous. They truly understand customer service and go above and beyond to deliver for their clients. I love in Elk Grove Village and drive the 20+ miles to come here for the personalized service and high quality work. The staff is so friendly and accommodating, and more importantly I get compliments on my nails all the time from complete strangers. The work is that good. I highly recommend.

We went to the nail salon the other week to have my daughters nails done acrylic no chip, but her nails began to peel after two days. When we went back, they immediately tried to charge us more to fix her nails, with no apology or further explanation. The day we went for the first time, they were extremely busy and even with an appointment made, the lady who first was doing my daughters nails left and made her wait 20 minutes while she did somebody else's nails, and then somebody else came and finished the job much later.

Worst nail experience I've ever had. Nail tech RANDY rushed through my nails in 15 min, yanked and tugged roughly at my hands. Yelled at me for receiving the 1st timer discount and threw my card at me, all because he was mad at one of his other clients coming in late. I was kind enough to still tip 20% but he did not deserve it. I will NEVER BE RETURNING. If you like being treated like crap go here otherwise don't go!!!!!

I have been coming here for 2 years and the service was once great. My last 5 visits have been awful, for this review I'll only focus on the last 2. In my pre Christmas visit I had my nails with no chip start to chip 3 days in. I went back and they "fixed" the issue to cause my nails to look like I had polish caked on. I decided to give them one more chance for New Years. When they were about to start cleaning my cuticles, the tools were dirty! I told the tech, they laughed and went to get new ones. When they started with the color, I said the color was different from what I chose

When Chad and Tina sold Lisle Nails, they took a piece of my heart with them. I know, dramatic, however after going there for 16+ years seeing it turn to yuck was so sad. The new owner is there to run a business but she forgets the most important part "being friendly".
Anyways, Chad and Tina were the best and nothing can replace them.

For the love of god please don't go here. Worst manicure I've received in my entire life. I'm not one to complain but I could have painted my nails better myself.
Left with:
-nails filed uneven
-cuticles uneven/ barely cut
-nail polish all over my fingers
-uneven polish
-"chips" in polish where color is missing
-polish not distributed to corners of nails
-cut fingers twice while cutting cuticles
-particles in polish
I have 4 job interviews this week and I'm actually embarrassed to walk in with this manicure. I'd rather have no polish at all.

Atrocious. I have gone here and had a decent experience. However, I went here the day before my wedding and my manicure and pedicure were a total disaster. There was an issue with a toe and they painted 5 coats on top of everything instead of just correcting the one error, they also bullied me into getting callous remover I didn't need. My manicure looked straight up nasty. I went to another salon to repair the mani and pedi, very stressful experience the day before I walked down the aisle

I'm so disappointed... I've been coming here for years and I just left the salon with one of the worst dip manicures I've ever received. Usually, I would rate Lisle Nails five stars but after leaving today, with cut up cuticles and a different color than I had originally picked out, this will sadly be my last visit. I'm not one to complain but seeing that I paid $45 for my cuticles to be nicked and for my nails to turn a funky shade of yellow I'm inclined to leave a poor review.
