The office staff, Brianna and Seth, are amazing. I was in an emergent situation where I needed new housing immediately and Brianna and Seth did everything they could to let me view the apartment, apply, and move in all within 24 hours. They were so helpful and kind, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Plus the complex itself is beautiful.

I lived at Greystone for 3 years and I enjoyed it. Knightdale is a great place to live and Greystone is located right in the heart. I felt safe with my two children and the amenities are much nicer then a lot of complexes. The pool was our favorite. You can pay your rent online, they have food trucks and community events during the holidays. Covid put a damper on many things but they were very creative and still made it fun for the Greystonians. Plenty of parking although it can be difficult to get close to your building later in the evening. The office staff are responsive and friendly. Never

Office Staff, Brianna And Seth Are Amazingly Nice And Very Professional Met Two Neighbors That Have Introduced Themselves To Me While I Was Moving In. They Were Very Friendly. I Have One Neighbor That's Not So Friendly And Has Complained Since The First Day I Signed My Lease. With That Being Said, She's Making My Stay Here Not So Pleasant And Inviting. That One Neighbor Would Make Me Reluctant To Refer Others Here. Overall, I Like My Apartment And The Location.

Lived on back side of apartments, then moved across from the office. Both locations were great. Staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming even for pets. All of the amenities were well kept. Maintenance was super helpful did everything they could to correct any issues. Best apartments in Wake County.
