I love it out here great neighborhood and staff is friendly I have decent.neighbors that don't do a lot of complaining when a problem occurs they fix it with no problem I will be renewing or doing my upgrade to a 3 apartment when my lease up becuz I love it here my first apartment on my mind own in the 919 and I must say I love it

Customer service is horrible, when I first moved in there were roaches in the apartment. I went to the office to put a complain and they try to blame it on my stuff that I had in storage, they used every excuse to blame it on me. Also, I have a hard time opening the mail box so I went to the office to have them fix it so I can get my mail, the lady at the office was NOT very helpful, she seemed bothered by me expressing my concern. She said she was going to put in a work order to get it fixed and that someone was going to call me. It’s been a week since I put in the complain and nobody has called

All I see is 2+ years of the same excuses from the staff/owner about bad customer service, out-dated appliances, slow maintenance personnel, bugs, mold, stolen packages.....the list goes on.
I was just browsing for apartments and I can definitely tell the management lacks professionalism, timely solutions and good customer service.
Thank God for google reviews to help me avoid excuses traps like this 1.

DO NOT RENT from here ! A.C has gone out over 15 times ! Placed a brand new unit and still went out 4 times after new replacement ! Durning the hottest season this happened .My child And I had to sleep in our living room Bc the ac unit they provided did nothing !!!!! I can not wait till my lease is up I will never ever rent from them again! Management sucks !
