Applied here a month ago, they took my money (over $300 in fees) and ghosted me. Have not heard an answer from them either way. Never got my money back. Been calling every day with no answer. Will probably have to get a lawyer involved because I was never accepted or denied and after seeing these reviews, I'm glad I wont be living here. I just need my money that they took from me back.

Please dont move here! Worst service ever.. i have a bug problem a bunch of garden cockroaches coming Inside my apartment Underneath my front door even some are stock in the sealing light i report this friday also report my dyer not working with half of my clothes wet and i reported to the office early friday and nobody came to try to fix it after i Wait it 4hours i went the office & spoke to one of the lady on the office and i asked if there were going to fixed it i explain that all my clothes were wet inside the dyer all she said idk i have to ask somebody i dont even remenber who?!! I've been here almost 3 years, but I will be looking to leave soon. The new management company is awful. 2 days ago I reported glass on the grass in front of one of the buildings and I was told maintenance would get it up I called back 2 days later to report the same glasses there and they told me they'll get to it in a few days in a few days because maintenance was busy. I stated this time I cut my foot and though I wasn't bleeding out it's dangerous Nonetheless. The glass was probably put there by one of their workers who is working on one if the units. I'm not a fan of the new management company. The answer I received about glass in the grass from the young lady in the office was totally unacceptable. Apparently it's too much for the grounds keeper to take less than 5 minutes to get glass up that has been there now for 3 days. I think the girl in the office is named Paige and she told me I have to just be careful walking like I would any place else. Well Paige I am careful but I pay rent here and I shouldn't have to walk through glass, neither should the children running around playing. I've had unsolicited conversations with others residents

I am updating my review because the management company has recently changed and they’re absolutely horrible! I have submitted the same maintenance request for about 6 weeks now and it has yet to be addressed or fixed. I have complained multiple times about ants that have infested the building and surrounding grass area where I reside and it too has not been addressed. The new maintenance staff is inexperienced and clearly doesn’t address issues at all. I just renewed my lease and had I known the new management company would be so lousy I would have just moved. Which speaking of that I was not

Do not move here. These apartments aren’t worth it and nothing is luxurious about them. Not even the “renovated” ones. The walls are soooooo thin, you can hear EVERYTHING the upstairs neighbors are doing. Something needs to be done about this! Im sure the new management is unaware of how thing the walls are. A notice needs to be sent or a reminder that there are people beneath them. The parking is atrocious but they have the nerve to tow. Literally seriously regret moving here. Keep looking.

I have to share my wonderful experience from my visit at this beautiful community in Raleigh. To my surprise in the midst of all of this Covid-19 pandemic stuff and with the limited interaction I was so warmly greeted. The office was nicely decorated and clean, one of the agents(Suelette) was so bubbly, kind, friendly and knowledgeable about the property. I was able to clearly see the floor plans In their printed materials and I thoroughly enjoyed being able to take the self guided tour of the model. The model was staged perfectly and I was able to really envision living there.

So I am moving in tomorrow with my roommate and I just wanted to right q glowing review about Liz, whom works In the front office. She was one of the reasons why we chose the Windsor, because of her wonderful sales women skills, and kindness all around. My room mate and I left so pleased with our time that we only saw one place before realizing this is where we needed to be. Throughout the process she has helped us so much, as it’s our first time moving together, into a nicer apartment, and we were really new to everything. She was very throughout, and truly there anytime we needed so quickly

Let’s start by saying I wouldn’t recommend anyone move here . For starters there’s a bad bug issue. Water bugs and roaches to be exact . They send ppl to spray but , the spray only kills on contact so super pointless . Another big thing is the walls are extremely thin ! I can hear everything my neighbors above me are doing / saying as well as anything that goes on outside of my door . I feel extremely unhappy here and I’d break my lease if I could . Stop while your ahead . 😕

This place is very nice and quiet and I love my apartment ... the office staff went the extra mile and personally reached out and payed me a visit upon moving in to make sure I was well accommodated in my new place. I had a small concern about my appliances at the time of move in and they acted immediately and got me what I needed. I’m most definitely satisfied and also love my full size washer and dryer which I didn’t have in my last apartment.
