I rented equipment from Coach Jeff for my daughters graduation party on May 5th. Everything was delivered and picked up on time. The staff was very friendly and courteous. Prior to setup we noticed the equipment was dirty. The tables, chairs and bounce house all had to be cleaned prior to use. I didn’t expect everything to be perfect but an… inspection of the equipment should’ve been conducted before delivery. He was emailed a week ago about the experience and has not responded. Trying to reach him by phone is very difficult and he responds to emails at his convenience.
