This company is a joke. Don’t waste your money because this company does not value your time. We paid in full to rent a skid steer over a week ago. When we went to pick it up today they had already rented it out to someone that showed up 3 minutes earlier AFTER WE WERE PAID IN FULL AND WAITING OVER A WEEK TO PICK IT UP. We already have all the other equipment rented and are loosing tons of money because this company does not know how to keep a record of what is getting picked up.

Very disappointed. Over the weekend I had a catered party for 34 people. I ordered china, silverware, wine and rocks glasses. The wine glasses were, as usual, upside down in the rack and more than half had dishwasher residue on the bottoms of the glasses that had dried, so they had to be rewashed. The china was fine but the silverware, for 34 people were three different patters. The dinner forks were not even the same size. When I called to inquire, the lady who answered the phone could have cared less. She said the person who pulled the order was not there and they really couldn't help me. She

I wanted to give a ZERO, but that wasn’t an option. I usually don’t write reviews, but i’d like to warn people before this happens to them.
We picked up tables for a baby shower we were hosting & they were disgusting. I really wanted to be able to post pictures but this site wouldn’t let me. Underneath the tables were dirty & had alot of MOLD. The tops & sides were so filthy dirty that the nice white tablecloths i bought, you could see the dirt through it.
I called to let them know & the girl apologized & said she could have new tables brought to me between 20 minuets to an hour. I explained

Rented fans for our wedding day, picked them up the night before in the midst of our wedding got a phobe call that if we weren't bringing the fans back by 1:30pm we would be charged another day. We took the fans back,on Monday morning and Keith took care of us and took off the extra day. Very good people!

Cole's Party Rental is an excellent rental service run by compassionate people. We placed a deposit on tables and chairs in March for an engagement party, but unfortunately was unable to have the party due to damage caused by the recent river flooding. Cole's was gracious enough to refund our deposit! We will definitely be back to use their services! Thank You Cole's Party Rentals!!!!
