But really, his love for cooking started at home. He was cooking with his family every night, making from scratch the dishes his mother is famous for (well, at least to the people that know her).
His background is primarily catering--but don't let that fool you. Christopher's years in catering, under the direction of Executive Chef Thad Ford, taught him about cuisines from all over the world. His attention to detail ensures that every plate that comes out of his kitchen looks as good as it tastes.

Good service, pizza is delicious but the prime rib needs work. Ordered 2, medium and medium rare, both where filled with connective tissue that made them difficult to eat, gummy and very chewy. The sauce they were marinated in was delicious but I would suggest they order prime rib from a different vendor or address issues with current supplier.

Reservations recommended as this cute little place is in several rooms of a converted house (with a lot of interesting history!) Delightful ambiance for anything from a family dinner to a hang with friends to a romantic date.
The food is excellent and plentiful, and the prices totally worthwhile.
The staff is above and beyond - competent wait staff, creative kitchen team, and a world class bar manager who really knows her stuff!
