The owners of this property worry solely about money they do not offer remedies for loss of income by residents who pay for a mandated reserved parking space and are not always capable of coming home to their space being available! Numerous encounters have occurred to myself with this on-going issue, I am never in receipt of an apology or credit for the loss! Do not recommend this complex if you expect your paid for parking space to be available for you to utilize!

Such a Gem of a place.We moved from East and looking for a apartment that is peaceful and spacious community. After weeks of search I came across Arya’s. This is my initial month experience and so far everything looks good. The place is sits in a center of Shopping, coffee , Community and Dog park but with a peaceful living.

The maintenance team is awesome! Very efficient with all work orders that are submitted. I will even mark for “permission to enter” if I’m at work and they will fix things without a both. I always request Derek because he is familiar with my pup, he gets things done the right way and without cutting corners. Thanks Derek!
Also, Kylie (assistant manager) is very helpful and prompt in getting back when needed. Although some of the policies of Greystar are a little too much, she helps us with everything we need and may have to do.

Just got approved by Arya @ Hedges Creek. We are SUPER EXCITED to move in next week. The staff here have been helpful, accommodating and patient while we gathered our documentation for the Application Process. We have also been particularly impressed by how well the grounds are maintained, especially considering the Ice Storm just experienced! We cannot wit to be part of this community! 😎❤️👏❤️😎

Living At Arya has been a wonderful experience. Not only do all of the team members show a really good example of excellent customer service, but the maintenance team also shows that as well. They make you feel like you are at home, not just a place you are renting at. Team members inside the office are quick to respond back and everyone who works in office and maintenance are friendly and caring.

I have lived here over 2 years now, I have never been late for a payment and I have always taken care of the property and followed the rules. Now going into lease number 3 I regret renewing my lease, it has been one change after another. And they are punishing the residents after forcing these new policies. I used to get a phone call of there was… ever an issue with parking or if they needed me to move my car for work being done. my job is mobile so often times I can drive home with my work vehicle to move my car if needed. To anyone who is impacted by the new parking rules - - they are ILLEGAL. You're bound by the terms you signed when you initially signed your lease. If you get towed, sue Arya Hedges for the cost of the fee to pick your car up, and you will win. The terms of the lease cannot be arbitrarily changed in the middle of the lease. This requires both… parties to agree. By signing the form at the front office, you have agreed to these changes in terms. LOVED my first year here, but as soon as I renewed my lease things changed. To keep this short there are 2 major issues.
1) They have been in the processing of renovating all of the units to look like they do in those photos. Updating finishes and changing out flooring. yes aesthetically they look great. I still live in the "classic" a.k.a. old, style. I have carpet broken old appliances but still loved it. All of the units around me though have been updated and now I CAN HEAR EVERYTHING!!!! It used to be so quite and I hardly knew I had neighbors. Now though with all of the solid surfaces

False advertisement at this apartment complex. It looks and seems great on paper and on the internet! But it's certainly a lie! We were told the pool was heated year round to find out that it's definitely not. It's supposed to be a family friendly community, except that they don't allow toys to be housed on patios, but somehow bulkier bicycles are… okay? You are NOT allowed to decorate for the holidays, not even a garland around the front door. I have found the office staff to be very professional. The Assistant Manager, Francesca, is a real asset to our office. A team leader. She is well informed. If she doesn't have an answer, she will get it and respond promptly.

Apartments where they allow work and random van to have parking over the rest of their residents! I would not recommend anyone to move into Arya apartments! They will lie to you about how much available parking they provide when in reality you will have to park your car outside on the street even if you only have one vehicle. Unless you are willing to pay for your "parking" how convenient???

The apartments are nice and quiet. The 1 brd is too small for 2 people. There's not enough parking ever so make sure you pay for a slot. The maintenance team is very good and fast. The rent is quite high but it… 's like that every place now. The grounds are very clean and clean. The have everything you need to clean up after your dog but people don't seem to think that their dog poops when they're out walking so they don't bother to pick up after them. Someone stole our cat and there has been a huge scratch put in our car. These are kind of the norms you put up with in apt life though. The

Overall this is a good place to live. Close to a little bit of everything and not far from public transportation, so you can get anywhere if need be. The staff overall is very nice and always helpful. The pool is a great place to hangout to grill and meet your neighbors!
The reason for the three stars have to do with two glaring issues for me.

We have had a great experience so far working with Rego and finding us the perfect apartment for our family. We have a special needs son and the property here is flat and easy to get around. The apartments all seem to be easily accessible, especially for those who are not able to walk long distances or in areas where they may fall easily. They keep the property clean and well taken care of. We are looking forward to our time here.

I work in Portland and traffic can be unpredictable. Their hours of operation are from 9-5 which is a regular work day for many people. They are not flexible with their renters schedules. There have been times that I have driven past the leasing office and are closed prior to 6 without notice.
I currently live in a one bedroom here at Alara and it is nice. However, my friend and I were looking into leasing a 2 bedroom apartment. We both work in Portland and left
