Over priced and unprofessional communication style. A previous resident who was spending time with a teenager in our unit continued to cause problems after they had a falling out and claimed to be a guest of our unit. Access to amenities was revoked without verifying guest status. Gate to the pool left propped open and teenagers constantly claim the fence to get access unsupervised.
To add to my previous comments, this review comes after already trying to resolve this with management. And overnight two of our vehicles were vandalized.

My boyfriend lives at this apartment complex. Among the MANY issues this place has and the lack of respect they have for their residents, there was an incident tonight that was absolutely unacceptable. I came to visit my boyfriend. I take care of him and his place because he was recently in a car accident that seriously injured him long term. We were heading out the door together for an errand this evening. His unit is on the second floor, and as soon as I stepped on the first step, I fell all the way down the stairs due to the ice. I hit my head, back, tailbone, and elbows many times until I reached

We have had many issues with this apartment complex, including miscommunication between staff members, issues with parking that included us being charged to get our car out of the tow yard and many issues inside the apartment. Some of those were quickly fixed by the Property manager which I am grateful for but overall our experience here has been awful. We can never park anywhere near our apartment, some days I cant park in the complex at all. Now that we have given up and opted to pay for a parking spot we cant get one closer than a block and a half away and still be charged 55/month. Valet trash

Have been living here a month and only have great things to say about our experience! Both Marie and Adrianna have been wonderful to work with, very responsive and so kind! They have gone above and beyond to make sure we are enjoying our new home and the community. Would recommend Rivercrest Meadows if you are looking for a place to live in the Tualatin area.

All in all Rivercrest is a really nice place to live. The facilities are well kept. The parking situation isn’t ideal but they do the best they can make sure residents can park. I had my ups and downs working with them but at the end of the day they are good people here and care about their residents.

The Rivercrest Meadows staff always makes sure the residents maintenance needs are taken care of quickly. We also enjoy the community events they put on especially when they bring Santa for the kids. I have never lived in a complex that tries to create such a close knit community. It truly feels like coming home everyday.

Moving is such a stressful process. I was not able to view any apartments before choosing them as I didn't live in Oregon at all. For weeks I struggled to find a reasonably priced place that I would feel good in. Then I found Rivercrest Meadows. Tyler was a tremendous help, taking photos of the place and also talking through the very easy and reasonable application process. I was approved immediately, which was nice! In less than 24 hours I had secured my new apartment. Of course, I was curious if I had made the right decision. As it turns out, I don't know that I could have gotten any luckier
