Vacuums at both Gladstone & Tiffany Springs locations are free for use to customers who purchase one of our express wash packages. You will be greeted by one of our friendly customer service advisors who will guide you through the process. Our fleet services program is designed specifically for commercial high volume car wash users who desire maximum convenience at our lowest car wash prices. Choose the type and quantity of washes you would like and we will distribute the washes either as wash cards, tickets, or on multiple unique RFID tags for each vehicle in your fleet.

This car wash is busy for a reason! I Loved this car wash so much I went back 3 times to wash my families cars! The free self service vacuum area was such a nice feature. I used the compressed air for the first time and now I can’t go back to regular ole vacuuming. If you need a car wash in the NKC area this is the one to check out!

One of the best automatic car washes in the Northland offering full self service bays with vacuums and air guns to complete detailing your ride after the soak & scrub. Couple things from keeping this place from getting five stars from The Damian is that it is a bit pricey and they don't offer final detailing for you for that additional cost. Overall really great wash the first time you pass through the tunnel.

What a pleasant happy experience we just had this car wash. There was a tenant to help us make our selection and he was so chipper and kind. The car wash itself was very powerful and provided a good clean while also making the car wash fun! It felt like we were in the club with all the fun lights. 10/10 would recommend.

THEY LEAVE SCRATCHES ON CARS!!! I have a brand new mustang and I went thru and I found a scratch going all the way down my car!! It's happened more then once and they continue to say it's not there fault when there's no other way it could of been scratched. This place is a joke!!! I even put in a claim didn't even hesitate to call me when they said they would.

My mother brought in her car for car wash. The top carrier was damaged and parts missing when she exited…parts were found in the car wash area. “Better” Car Wash refused to pay for repair. After reading the reviews, it appears many other customers have had a similar experience. Use this business only if you want your car damaged and then get to pay for it yourself.

I have a 2011 wWToyota Sequoia. I thought I could go through this car wash just fine... my review windshield wiper was bent so bad that I had to buy a new one. Most expensive car wash ever.
And that is so disappointing because this car wash did a great job washing! It just will not work well if you have a vehicle like mine. Still so mad about it.

I never thought I'd need to review a car wash, but alas.. here I be. Why do we need digital color self-service kiosks AND an attendant to come up and work it for you? Are we not capable of doing this part ourselves without having an entire convo? My car didn't get clean and I thought the vacuums were weak. Plus, the wash weirdly jerks you around; it's not one smooth long track. Sticking with GO Wash (formerly Belfonte's).

Just moved to town and stopped
In to get 1700 miles of road grime and bugs washed off the vehicle. Went for the higher end wash at $22 and it did a surprisingly good job. The vacuums are awesome, with the crevice tool attached so you can get all of the hard to reach spaces, and no loss of suction. Will be looking at the monthly membership.

The wash is ok as long as you don't have a pick up truck. The system does not wash your back window. And the attendants don't use a brush on a pole to wash your back window like most of the other car washes do. Maybe I am just spoiled from living in Georgia, all the car washes we have, they hit your grill, your back window and tailgate to make sure your truck is clean when you leave. And the cost is 29.99 a month for a monthly wash at the highest level. You guys are getting ripped off up here

We came here to get our car washed before getting tires on it (there was a donut on the front) because they were muddy and you can't mount and balance tires when there is mud in them. So we went through and the back tires were still muddy. We asked for a re wash because why pay $10 for a car wash when you get it out and it's still muddy. He tells us because there is a donut on it they won't wash it!! The donut wasn't the dirty one, it was the factory tires that were muddy. So we tell him we just want the mud washed off of them because we paid $10 and they weren't clean

Went there today, evidently there is a long running issue with the water stinking like rotten eggs. Now my car, garage and interior of car smells like rotten eggs. Car has been rewashed, garage washed out and interior is airing out. The manager advised they are aware of the issue but believe it is resolved. So much for the new car smell.

Great place to get the car washed. There's someone to help if you are contemplating on which wash to get. Very nice staff that helps you guide your car into the wash. Many vacuums are available so no need to wait for a vacuum. Even though I don't participate, there are memberships as usual if you like to get your car washed often. Definitely a recommended car wash around the Northland.

One of the best car washes I have ever been to. I was super impressed with this car wash! They have very fine technology, the brushes are very new and very clean and it looks like they change them frequently. My car was extremely dirty when I came in and after I've gone through once it looked a lot better but I wasn't happy with the hood. I talked to Seth the manager and he said that they had turned off the front brush because of the tow mechanism on the front of my Mini Cooper. (I told this car behind our motorhome) They did this to avoid damage to their equipment and damage to my car

The best car wash I have ever been to, hands down. You get a smelly thing to put in your car, the vacuums are super nice, and the wash is full and thorough. I go here whenever I can. The deal with being able to come back for free in 5 days is excellent. This car wash is S-Tier, top of it's game. It is quite an emotional experience actually. Changed my life forever. Simple express Car Wash. The plans are simple and reasonably priced. The equipment used in the tunnel is new and does a good job when it starts washing the car up until the drying part.
I wish they did an initial spray down to get the area with stuck on dirt and grime especially on seen on black and white vehicles easily.
The drying section of the tunnel also isn't long enough and doesn't do a good job of drying any car. I have smaller cars not giant big cars and it's horrible about getting the water off the cars. Perhaps if the drying section of the tunnel was extended an additional
