Zero stars!!! Scratched my vehicle. Noticed immediately before I left ,employee took pictures. No manager on site. Was told to call the next day. I called the next day twice, both times I was spoken to very rudely when asking to speak to the manager regarding my car. I was finally, called back by a manager on the third day after damages... She would not take ownership of damage AT ALL.. I filed an insurance claim, my claims adjuster informed me claims from Diamond Car Wash are not uncommon . I would not recommend this car wash to anyone.

More expensive than other car washes around, but it is definitely a good car wash. I paid for the 2nd wash from the bottom of their options, and my car came out clean and shiny, and whatever they applied during the wash kept my car looking good for more than a week before dust and dirt started sticking again.
I definitely recommend this car wash, just do t be surprised if it costs a few dollars more than other places.

For what we paid, not worth the services at all. We brought my Buick Encore here for a complete detailing inside and out. Front grill and bumper of car were not washed or scraped for bugs. The tires were not washed. The inside windows were not cleaned at all. Just a very mediocre job all around and would not recommend for any type of car detailing or cleaning. Very disappointed especially for how much we paid. A complete rip off. We also tried calling to let them know of our disappointment. We were told a manger would call us back and never heard anything. First time here. Didn't want to choose basic, so did the Diamond Plus which came to total of around $25. Was hoping with their included services my car would be cleaner inside and out. I could have spent less and done better BUT was hoping to find a place worth the extra cost of doing it for me. Nice employees but feel like they didn't put any effort into wanting a return customer out of me. And I'm confused about if I was supposed to get an air freshener with my car wash or not; I did not get a free air freshener.

First time going and I was excited I could get an interior detail for around $30 (most expensive option they offer). I hadn't even looked the car over, but all of these issues were just standing out and impossible not to notice as I left to head back to work: the same smudges on the inside windshield were still present, the console area all around the gear shift/drink holders hadn't been touched, the dashboard looked the same as pre-detailing, the plastic cover over the clock/info display was not touched and I recognized the same smears as were present pre-detailing, and the front passenger floor

The people here are very kind and attentive. The main reason why I visit this place is because I have a dog that sheds a bit and this place does an excellent job at cleaning all the hard to reach places. I waited maximum ten minute which was very impressive being that they cleaned the whole inside of my car. Very please and highly recommended

So excited when I first saw my car! The wheels were actually all silver and the black graphite stuff was gone! Inside the floors were so clean! They were awful before.
However, later I noticed that the visor and interior light panel had not been cleaned. That shouldn't have been missed. Probably not the 3rd area upper portion either. That's not a huge deal. Also got the treatment that's supposed to blend minor imperfections in the paint. It did not. And it was not cheap.
I can't say I'm unhappy though because, generally, the car looked great!

For the last couple of times except for the recent, my car ended up with water spots. I'm always bring the district cars to be cleaned but lately the service seem to have changed. I watched my car sit for about 5 minutes after it came out of the wash and 2 other employees just look at it ignoring it. I Had one guy that jumped on doing my vehicle as the two walked away. So when he was done I gave him a $9 tip. I hope that the service will improve. I enjoy bring the district cars

Last week I purchased a Superior Car Wash from Diamond finish included in that car wash it supposed to be basic cleaning of the interior. The car wash was quick and done well however the interior was not given the same type of attention. The floorboards mass of the car were not vacuum well there's streaks of dust across my dashboard any van after I asked them to wipe down my console a second time there is still debris present. Also I believe air freshener supposed to be offered but it never was but that's the least of my problems I really wish the inside of my car was done more thoroughly. I will
