Plus there is a lady there named Sheila who. I absolutely adore she has great customer service and she advise me to sign up for the monthly pass Live it. Great service the lady Sheila was very nice and helpful one of the best car washes I've seen around! Sheila is amazing, always informative and pleasant to talk to.

I bought the monthly car wash package. We sold our car and when we took our new car to be washed, they just transferred our membership to the new car, easy peasy. Also the people here are so friendly and professional. The automatic wash is superb and they offer free vacuums with your wash!

So I tried this Ultra Car wash for the first time and I was impressed. I had chose the $20.00 ultra wash and it certainly cleaned my car very well. The attendant was there to spray the car down with to get off all of the insect guts from the car. The Ultra Wash itself has three (yes three) soap cycles. So your car comes out looking very clean at the end. At the rear of the facility you have the standard vacuum cleaners that you use, and even at the start of the car wash the attendant hands you a towel that is soaked with alcohol so you can wipe down your interior (or windows if you prefer). Great car wash. Been here a few times and have had good experiences that I went and got the unlimited. Vacuums are nice and have good suction. Car wash is also nice and seems to clean thoroughly. I’m not sure if it had an underbody wash though and it’s really hard to tell once you’re in the wash with all the machines and water coming at you.

Stopped in to wash the ole truck, and was met by Sheila the attendant on duty at the time. She was very helpful and cheerful. As far as the car wash goes, it was nice smooth ride thru the tunnel of suds, however the tire shine apparatus did not perform as well as expected, it looked as if it only did half of the tire. Seems some adjustments need to be made. But overall was a good wash.

Sheila is the nicest lady who I have dealt with several times at the car wash next to Cable Dahmer (CD) where we purchased our last 3 vehicles & I was getting an oil change & then went over to their car wash. Sheila super sweet, polite, great customer service & has been there for 18 yrs said it’s the best place to work & they treat her wonderful!

This used to be my favorite car wash. The last two times have me looking for a new place. First, the back of my car does not get clean. Second, the new vacuum nozzles. Fat, angled nozzles make it impossible to get into the nooks and crannies of cars. The nozzles cannot be twisted to the needed angled, as they are permanently affixed to the hose, and at a very inconvenient angle. Customers have to wrestle the entire stiff hose to vacuum at an effective angle. Guess it's good for people looking for a good lower back workout, or time with ice on your lower back after, even if you're in great

Good service from the moment you drive up to the cashier all the way to the person rinsing your vehicle , free vacuums and they've got a Happy Hour from 5-7pm, HH it's a great deal but be prepared to wait in line 30 plus minutes especially during the winter.
It's a drive thru style car wash and self man vacuums where you do all of the work and they don't offer hand detailing service but for the price during HH you can't beat it.

Just experienced the worst customer service of my life. Went to this Carwash as I normally do. Washed 2 cars. Both cars were still filthy. Complained to the management, who was sleeping in the office at the time, and was told to go back through. When I went to the front I told her that I wanted a refund. She had me pull forward to talk with management, for the second time. Not only was my money not refunded, but I was actually told to get off the property. Please be aware if you have issues this is how you will be treated. This will be the last time I use this place. Has gone downhill since Dave
