Paradise Creation has amazing food made by Chef Chuey himself. No where in San Diego can you get anything to compare to their flavors and customer service. If you haven't tasted the food or had them for an event your missing out. And his dessert Flan is amazing. I never have liked Flan. I am now addicted.

Paradise Creations SD catered a party of about 55 people for us on November 6, 2021. The food and the attention we received from Chef Chuey and his team. were amazing. Our guest could not stop commenting on how fresh everything tasted, and they kept going back for more! To start, we had fresh oysters, cerviche, and chicken skewers and shrimp cocktails. Many guests mentioned how good the cocktail sauce was. We ordered tri-tip beef and fresh salmon for entree, as well as 2
