Carlos and his team were amazing. His food truck catered our school event for 75 parents. The food was amazing and the service was exceptional. And, he had all the insurance requirements necessary to be on campus. I highly recommend!!!

OKAY, OKAY!!! These are the BEST TACOS I've ever had--and the service is top-notch!!! The chicken was perfectly seasoned--OMG!!!! Oh, they cater, too!!! I will be on the hunt for this truck on a regular basis!!!! I'm so excited that I found this place--it was one of the highlights on my day!

Carlos and his team provided outstanding food and service for my son's soccer team and their families. He was able to charge the 20 families as they ordered, and he offered the full menu. Their food is EXCELLENT, and many of us bought extra to take home for leftovers. How often do you do that at a food truck?! I will definitely use them in the future!

Artesano Taco catered a birthday event for me. They were prompt, very attentive and the tacos were sooo good!! The hand made tortillas and good quality meat were a hit! My guest were so pleased with the service and said it was so delicious! Carlos and his team were excellent, the attention to detail makes them a standout Taco Service. This is my new favorite!

So delicious, wasnt sure what I wanted to try but the man guided me and let me know what they were known for, as well as their special. The food was SO good, the meat was delicious and not dry, and the salsa was great as well.

I've had bad experiences with food trucks at breweries in the past so it was a really nice to see that the staff at Artesano cared about their food and their customers.

Definitely get the crispy cheese on your tacos and burritos!

I had the carne asada taco and it was the perfect amount of onion and cilantro with just the right amount of guacamole not to overpower the flavour of the carne asada. The best part of the taco was the hand made tortilla! Fresh, warm and full of flavour! A taco made from the heart!

I came across the Artesano Taco food truck while at Saint Archer's Brewery. Let me tell you, they did not disappoint. Their taco selection was great. I tried a pork taco and 2 chicken tacos, one of which was served with a cheese shell upon request! The staff was amazing, the food was prepared quickly, and it tasted phenomenal! The best part of my experience was the fresh handmade sopapillas! What are you doing still reading this?...Go get ya some!

Excellent tacos and burrito! Everything was fresh and super flavorful. They took the time to explain all the different taco options to me and clearly have a passion for their food. Looking forward to visiting them again.

I got to try Artesano Tacos while they were in my community. My best chicken and veggie taco experience ever, I usually eat sea food tacos since I haven't had a good experience with chicken tacos around here; mostly with the quality and texture of meat. But they cooked the chicken so great, wasn't rubbery at all and was super moist and flavorful. Artesano tacos food truck was outside our neighborhood brewery this evening so we ordered multiple items to take home. Everything was amazing! So many flavors and the homemade tortillas were decadent. I had the veggie and pollo tacos which were delicious and very fresh. San Diego native and this was some of the best Mexican food I've ever had. Definitely will be looking out for their truck some more.

We had these tacos a few months ago at Thorn Street Brewery. These are by far my favorite tacos in San Diego and there are a lot of great tacos in this city! The tortilla are out of this world! So so good!

Had the pleasure of trying Artesano Taco yesterday and we were not disappointed. I had a combo plate with 2 veggie tacos and 1 chicken. My headband had the carne asada tacos and a quesadilla. Even my picky son liked the chicken tacos and said they were the best he has tasted. The homemade corn tortillas were awesome and it was a nice change from our usual pizza or other takeout on a Friday. Can't wait until they come around the area again!

Carlos was AMAZING! I decided against a traditional sit down dinner for our wedding, and wanted to have a "taco guy". He completely exceeded our expectations. First off, the professionalism and set up was perfect for our Big Day! And then there was the food.... handmade tortillas, appetizers, tacos, beans, and rice...... it was PERFECT! I've NEVER heard so many guest at a wedding rave about the food. Everyone was impressed. We literally have a groomsmen that owns a family run Mexican restaurant..... he gave me a huge thumbs up as he was eating. You will not go wrong having Carlos

Waited for 2.5 hours for tacos. Tried to help the school and it was a disorganized mess. These people are clueless and are not ready to handle orders that they had for days. We couldn't just leave because they forced us to pay in advance. There is no reason for this type of disorganization when you had the orders in advance. Fool me once. I assure there will not be a second time.

You should be ashamed of your horrible service!

Update: when we finally did get out food, it was absolutely horrible. It was literally the worst Mexican food I have ever eaten. $9 for guacamole and stale chips?

I have been a huge fan of Carlos and his family-run operation for years, previously called Ytacote Catering. They make the world's best corn tortillas, and everything they do is made with love and care. I have hired them for baby showers, my sister's 40th birthday party, and other fun gatherings and they always knock it out of the park. Their Mexican street corn and authentic Mexican burritos are drool-worthy, and their tacos are hefty and filling.

Some of the best most authentic Mexican food I've had in San Diego in a long time. Salsas were tasty, fresh and spicy. You can tell that they put in a lot of love into their food. House made tortillas that can not be beat. Had them at Fall Brewing and will definitely be back for more!!!
