Had a Hot and Cold experience with Moto. I purchased my first bike from them and was super excited and had a great experience. A year and a half later I brought my bike in for normal maintenance. It had been sitting for a couple months. Anthony their gave me a real hard time that day for dropping my bike off. I told them it's been sitting for a couple months and that it needed a normal maintenance. Took a month and half for them to finish. I received only one phone call from Anthony (the day prior to them being done with my bike) about which air filter I would prefer a basic one or a KN filter

Bought front brake pads for my Burgman 650 and made an appointment for someone to put them on for me. After expecting it would take some time to do, I was told that I would get a call on Tuesday the following the week when they were able to put them on so I could wait for them. No one called me on Tuesday, and when I called them to find out what happened, nobody could tell me. The person managing the appointment calendar had a horrible attitude; he huffed and told me that I would have to wait a whole week or two weeks to get my pads put on. Neither he nor the person who took my initial call bothered

This was one of the easiest bike buying processes I'd ever been through. I came in, looked at a bike I saw on their website, and decided I wanted it. Since I couldn't come get it that day, they had me put in a deposit (though they never actually charged my card) to hold it. I came in today, picked up the bike, and rode away a happy customer. If I could improve anything about the process, I would like it if they could provide temp tags there so I could ride around for the day without having to go to the MVD, but I'm not sure how temp tags work if they aren't 'technically' a dealership? Either way

This place is awesome. I took my 2006 cbr600rr because of a no start issue. They diagnosed and gave me my bike back the very next day!! They also recommended I replace my worn tires after telling me my bike was ready. I agreed, and they had her ready on the very same day, I didn't have to wait! They also have great pricing! I highly recommend this place, these people are awesome.

I am Extremely frustrated with this place! I scheduled an appointment 2 weeks ago to get a tire changed out and some suspension work. I WAITED 2 WEEKS and when I showed up today the place was closed! I also missed out on a family camping trip this weekend because I needed this appointment as soon as possible... luckily cycle gear was able to get my new tire swapped out. With how much of my time they wasted I Honestly don’t think I’ll be coming here in the future. Wasted my entire weekend. You would think they would at least call me to tell me they messed up and were closed on the 5th.

I recently broke down about 80 miles East of Albuquerque. I thought I was in luck as my brand of motorcycle actually had a dealer (fairly rare) in Albuquerque. To my dismay no one answered the phone. After 10+ times of calling and no one answering I contacted Moto Authority and spoke with Anthony. AAA got myself and bike to them and Anthony and Tyler stopped what they were doing to look my bike over. It ended up being something that couldn't be fixed quickly but then they went out of their way to help me get my bike loaded in a rental truck and get me on my way. I'm so grateful for their

Wow, what a great bunch of folks at Moto Authority! Owner Steve is so knowledgeable and friendly it made the whole process of buying a bike from them a real pleasure. On top of that, Steve actually rode the bike to my house to make the delivery process that much easier. Their service department is also top drawer and really worked hard to understand and resolve an issue I had with an older KTM that I own. I highly recommend Moto Authority to anybody that rides!

Someone referred me to Moto Authority for my Yamaha Silverado and from the first call these folks have been top notch. I thought I was having carburetor issues, but it turned out to be the fuel pump. They also found issues with my front cylinder and now it runs like a champ! For as much as they did I felt it was a fair cost! Thank you David for everything! It's great to ride again without worry.

What a great establishment! Steve and crew are very professional, courteous and friendly. Ordered some luggage for a Honda of mine and ran into some issues. They took wonderful care of me and helped me see my way through them. Great support and great staff! Will be going back for any future endeavours.

Steve really knows how to run a business( good communication and easy to deal with), i had an issue with a repair which he took care of it and he also had a new set of tires fitted to my spare bike on short notice and at a good price( dunlop gpr's 300), all work looked professional and the tires did 155mph and felt great so i know there were installed properly.
I'd like to have given it 5 stars but the service counter guy took that 5th one away, maybe it was me but let's just say "we didn't see things from the same point of view", after that i only dealt with Steve

These guys are the best. Hands down had no problems whatsoever can fix any type of bike from dirt bike to street bike. They have parks and house if they don't have it they can get it no bike is too old or too small. They are very friendly very knowledgeable these guys actually rod and work on what they rod not just mechanics who don't ride. If you wanted to kathi or you want a dirt bike you can purchase it there they have all types of accessories. Come on down and give him a try and when I say they're reasonable they are. I would recommend these guys to anybody that is looking to

I love this shop. I have been going for over 2 years now and I am never disappointed. Steve was more knowledgable about the aftermarket parts for my BMW S1000rr than the parts guys over at BMW. On top of that he saved me over $1,000 when I went through him for the same parts. Not talking down on Sandia, cause I like that dealership a lot, I just highly recommend moto authority. I moved out of Albuquerque over a year ago and I still go through Steve. He is honest, fair, and gives the best prices on anything from manufacturers. Love this place.

I had heard good things about this shop so when it came time for some major work, I had no hesitation in taking my bike there. When I picked up the bike, the brakes were still making terrible noises (a major reason I took it in). Moto said there was nothing wrong. Sorry, but I know when the brakes sound abnormal. So be it. A few weeks later, I noticed an oil leak. Took it back to Moto to have it checked because it wasn't there before they worked on the bike. They said it was leaking from the bottom of the jugs and they never touched anything that low on the bike. Sorry, they said, not a warranty

I was working on an old DT175 i had pick up three weeks prior, i needed to re-jet the carb for higher elevation and i was told i could order a variety set of jets. turns out you can only order two of the same size at a time. they quickly notified me that my order couldn't be filled as requested. so they scrounged up some in the back when i came back in to see what can be done and they covered the marginal difference. this above all else is the mark of pure customer service.

My husband and I recently purchased a motorcycle. We were looking for helmets and came to Moto Authority. Wow! Not only impressed with the sales staff professionalism, but with their knowledge and the time that was spent with us as customers. They were genuinely kind and went into great detail regarding the helmets that they had available and ones that they could order. We never once felt pressured into purchasing.

Great local motorcycle store. If I can help out my local places I will .And they have always been very nice and close to my house. I like the first name basis with everyone there and they care..Try getting that if you havnt purchased a bike from a big name dealer..Even if you did you are a #number..Also have very nice bikes if your in the market..
