I am a seventh generation New Mexican raised here in the Albuquerque area. My love for bikes, like so many of us bikers, came from my father. He started riding in 1931 at the age of 12 on an old used Indian motorcycle that smoked like weed fire but that didn't stop him. When you visit the store you will see his last motorcycle on our retail floor.

DOT approved half, beanies, three quarters, modular and full face helmets from Shoei, Scorpion, LS2, Bell, HJC, Torc, Fulmer, Daytona, and BadAss. New Mexico allows riders to make a choice about wearing a helmet when riding a motorcycle. And with any choice, what follows are the consequences of those choices.
Now, aside from the fact that a nice pair of boots makes you LOOK good, why should you be wearing boots designed specifically for riding motorcycles? Although motorcycle riding is a ton of fun, it also comes with a great deal of risk. Motorcycle riders are extremely vulnerable on the roadways, especially when you add other factors into the mix, such as cars, trucks and other road hazards.

We've got experienced staff here at Renegade to do patch applications, alterations, and repairs to jackets, vests, chaps, and other leather items. Leather Repairs: Monday to Friday from 12-4. If you need to wait with your vest while patches are sewn please make an appointment. If you do not need to wait, you can drop off anytime, and the usual turnaround is 24-48 hours (not including weekends) for patch sewing.

My husband and I drove down from Santa Fe because our daughter recommended Renegades after her experience there. We had a delightful time working with the two young men who waited tirelessly on us, and we purchased all our leather goods there - jacket, chaps, vest and boots. Thank you for such a fun experience - especially since I absolutely hate shopping for myself. Will definitely be back!

I was looking for a 1/2 helmet for short trips close to the house. I wear a full face for any distance riding. That being said, the experience at renegade was not good. The young man that I was speaking with seamed to me to not have any interest is selling me a helmet that day. I was told that my size was in the back and I’d have to come back after they were put up on display. There is more to the story that gives me reasons to not go back to the store. Everyone is entitled to have a bad day at work. Maybe that’s all it was. At the end of the day it came down to I wanted to spend my money with

The staff here is amazing, I needed some custom sewing on my cut and Kate was able to get it done sooner than I anticipated and the work was flawless.
This is a no pressure sales store, the staff is attentive and ready to answer any question regarding inventory, sales or custom sales.
