I live in Phoenix and ordered a letter jacket for my 80-year-old father-in-law who graduated Albuquerque high in the early fifties. I worked with Meg and she was so communicative and on top of things. The process was easy! She even ensured that he got an official letter from the school for his new jacket and sent it to his home in Texas. Gardenswartz definitely goes the extra mile. Went to visit Gardenschwartz only to discover when we got there that they only sell letter jackets by appointment after 3. There is a sign on the door. I called from the parking lot and it was explained but I was told to come in and I could at least look and get an idea and set a time. So we went in only to be greeted by the sales person who in no uncertain terms told us she didn't take walk ins because she had no one to answer the phone (not sure about the women standing next to her who had just answered the phone, but okay whatever) and she already had a 3:30 so I could come back at 4. I said
