Upon arrival, I saw that I had to park in the BofA lot because the lot was filled with food trucks and a dj. The waiting room was empty (should've been the first red flag). I went in for a blood test, Rx refills and most importantly a referral for a cardiologist. The doctor came in (a BMA named Dr. Clark) and was VERY soft spoken and began asking me questions about my previous job and what position I was in and what department?? After a few seconds of asking non-relative questions, he said he would send someone in for an EKG. After waiting about 25 minutes, he came back in and never had the EKG

DO NOT GO HERE! Communication is absolutely horrid between new patient, scheduler and doctor. I have multiple back fractures, degenerative disc's and arthritis and bulging disc's in my neck from a fall during a seizure. I just moved back here from out of state. I do not have insurance. Moving vehicle threw me at about 15 mph, I was in the trama unit at UMC with a broken arm, a life threatening, laseration to my liver, road rash up my back, both hips hit square on the asphalt on impact and my head bounced as I watched the back wheel of this car roll only inches past my head. I live alone with my dog in a second floor apartment and I was left to lay in bed in extreme, excruciating pain for four months. I was in so much pain it was all I could do to stand up long enough to make a pot of coffee and this woman decided that it wasn't in hands to take care of me as my primary provider
