River Knolls Apartments

River Knolls is the BEST! My husband and I moved to California from North Carolina about 1 year ago. We had a hard time finding a place because there was a lot of displacement due to local wildfires. The team at River Knolls worked with us to get us into an apartment immediately (and they did so with a smile). The apartments are lovely and the views are amazing... honestly though... what makes this community the best of all is the people! The staff works so hard to make everyone comfortable (even to the point where they give away excess produce to the tenants)! The maintenance guys (James and Christopher

My mom and I have lived here close to two years and we absolutely love it. It's super quiet and clean and very well managed. The manager Debra is really nice and understanding. The maintenance staff are really helpful. Nice type of nature vibe and we see deer occasionally near our porch which is neat. Nice clean pools, jacuzzi, and work out room. Neighbors are quiet and stay to themselves. Would recommend anyone to rent here.

Such a great place with great staff. Deb, the leasing manager is amazing, and is always checking in! Beautiful views from the second floor apartments and clean spacious apartments that are well taken care of! So sad to leave! Would seriously consider coming back in the future!

As a senior the thing I appreciate most is River Knolls prompt attention to maintenance issues. I have never had to wait more than 24 hours and emergencies are handled immediately. The maintenance staff is courteous and very detail oriented. I also appreciate being treated as a friend when I contact office staff. I have been very happy living here and have made many neighbor friends. We are all treated as family here. The groundskeepers do an amazing job and it is a pleasure just to look out my window.

I have been here 5 years and love living here if they didn’t allow dogs I wouldn’t be living here 🤗 Everyone is so helpful and takes care of everything right away. Love having a place for my friends and I to go & play cards or do whatever especially the Saturdays they have donuts for us. I’m so thankful my Granddaughter found River Knolls for me 🙏

What a fabulous home I have here. Been here for two years and plan on living here forever. New parking lots coming and the painting contractors have been painting the homes, the dog park is fabulous as always, on site staff live here for after hour if needed, laundry room is always clean, the residents are like family and oh the wildlife we have here that come up from the ravine and below which is owned by McConnell Foundation and Turtle Bay has the 99 year lease so they keep transits out, security 24/7, very safe here and I tell all my friends, co workers, etc. Love Love Love the staff.
