Services
Security deposit equivalent of two month's rent (half can be used towards last month's rent). If paying for own utilities and if divided by 4 room mates, utilities is approx $40-50 each and Internet is approx $15 each. REVIEW FROM NIC - Great vision for Redding and perfect if you are moving from out of state and you don't want to lug all of your stuff to California.
The fully furnished/equipped apartment flat fee is $1,895 which sleeps 4 2 rooms with Cal king in one and 2 twin beds in the other. Ideal house to stay this summer or for next BSSM year! Central location and great neighborhood off Hilltop, just 20 mins walk to main Redding shopping center (Trader Joes, shopping mall, food outlets and cafes). Set up and location would suit a small family or couple (with a boarder?). We are open to reconfiguring bed set up to suit.

Live in style in this private, stylish two storied apartment. This 4-plex is situated on Le Brun Lane which is on the South side of town (near cnr of Hartnell and Churn Creek). There are two apartments in the front, and two in the back with their own little patio, lawn, and garden. The layout has the kitchen and living room downstairs and two bedrooms and bathroom upstairs.
