Services
The Townhomes @ Burton/Serrano in Redding, CA offer four different floor plans to choose from. Most are 2 bedroom, 2 and 1/2 bathroom with gas burning fireplaces. 1030 & 1112 Burton Drive have recently been updated to include hardwood laminate flooring. 1011 Burton Drive & 1340 Lancers are our newest and most modern buildings, with plank wood laminate flooring, granite throughout, and many more fine designer details.
This is a Monday-Friday position, 7:30am-4pm with potential for some weekends on-call. We will provide tools and company vehicle. This could be a long term position based on your performance! Job duties will consist of building maintenance including sheet rock repairs, painting, cabinet refinishing, some basic plumbing and electrical.
