From the very start they were professional, friendly and had some great suggestions. We rented both a 10 x 20 and a 20 x 20 tarp with three panels, when they arrived (on time!) We could see that one of the sides were not required - they took it back and credited our account! The workers were friendly and hard working! We will always use them for our future gatherings! We used four round table and table-cloths, 5 sterno servers, 36 folding chairs and the total package was reasonable.

We rented two 20x10 canopies, four tables, forty chairs, a couple of trash bins, and a party tub at a very fair price.
I had to change my order a couple of times; the owner responded graciously every time.
They arrived on schedule to set up and tear down the canopies and deliver/collect the other items.
Everyone I encountered was very professional.
Will definitely return when I need to rent again.

The husband of a very dear friend suddenly passed with not much time plan. They wanted a 20 x 20 canopy with sidewalls, 6’ tables and 30 chairs. I wanted to do everything I could to facilitate the rental of these items with as little interruption as possible for his wife. Mick at Lakewood Rental was definitely a 5 star experience from beginning to end. Thank you Mick for making this experience as seamless as possible. I will definitely recommend to my friends!!!

I have a rental place less than a mile away from me near the traffic circle. They were not as accommodating with their hours as you. I love that I found this place on yelp and only called a few days before I needed to rent a helium tank, they made it SO easy. Took my reservation and payment over the phone and everything went smoothly for pick up and drop off. When I spoke to the guy on the phone before I hung up he said if I needed anything else just to call and they would help me out which really put me at ease. Thanks for making everything so stress free.

Needed chairs at the last minute. They were the only ones with availability. Delivery was not available however I could pick up the items.
It was almost closing time and I made it with about 10 minutes to spare.
They were attentive and promptly completed the paperwork.
The white chairs that were brought to me were in fair condition. They appeared well worn (scratches and discoloration). Structurally they appeared fine.
I was in a crunch and accepted the chairs. They worked fine for the outdoor casual event.
No doubt under different circumstances I would have expressed my concerns.

Was trying to get chairs for a party, contacted lakewood rent all and received what appeared to be an uninterested employee who sounded bothered by my call. He stated they had chairs but don't deliver on Wednesday, I asked if he could deliver Tuesday afternoon, same day I called he stated not today. With so many business offering similar if not the same product the only thing that distinguishes one business from another is customer service, this business on this day to this customer failed to meet that goal.

This was our second time renting tables and chairs from Lakewood Rent-All and as always, they were prompt in replying! Mick was great to work with and gave us a day ahead to deliver the tables and chairs so we can set it up. Delivery and pickup were very easy and the prices are very reasonable. I don't see myself renting from any other company!
