I took my dog in for vaccines and had a decent experience the FIRST time. However, i called today because my dog has not been eating & said they couldn’t take him in just in case he’s sick. Why even call this place a vet if you can’t help animals? Makes no sense. Switching vets unfortunately, don’t waste your time here. The lady on the phone was extremely rude on top of it.

We've been bringing our dogs here for years and it's always amazing service. Ceci and Selena have gone out of there way recently to help me with my German Shepard. She's usually scared and aggressive but this visit she was great and was so calm and comfortable. Our experience with them is absolutely great. Very professional.

I’ll repeat what’s already been said numerous time before. Clean facility, quick and prompt, easy to communicate with, didn’t charge me an arm and a leg, and superb customer service. IF I HAD TRUSTED THIS VET MY DOG WOULD BE DEAD RIGHT NOW.
Brought my 9 year old Great Dane in for a swollen rear leg and high fever-he had lost quite a bit of weight and was refusing food and water. Understandably he looked like crap. I let the vet know this dog has always had trouble keeping on weight-and with his refusal to eat(or eat much) for a few days that he had lost a lot of weight fast. The vet never even touched my dog-just looked from across the small room.
With that being said-my pets are very well taken care of and well loved.
The vet was incredibly RUDE. Spent ten minutes SHAMING

Apparently if you leave a "negative" review they will refuse your pet for future appointments because of a negative review, hey family pet hospital, maybe you should reflect on a negative review see where you can improve and go from there. This place is a joke unprofessional, and will continue to lose business. Gotta kiss their butt to get service apparently. Equivalent to hospitals getting negative reviews and refusing those patients. I only brought my dog here because they were the only place open on a Sunday and my dog was injured. What a terrible mistake.
The complete lack of care and compassion for my dog at this place was astounding. Dr. Singh did not know how to handle my dog, he began pulling his leash dragging him as soon as he walked in, didn't build any rapport by trying to pet him or give him one of the treats I brought. We brought our sick cat in to be seen by Dr. Gill. Dr. Gill was very thorough at examining our cat and very knowledgeable. They didn’t try to “upsell” anything and the prices of everything were very reasonable. Our cat had two visits with Dr. Gill, and I was able to get my cat an appointment the same day I called to inform them of her symptoms. We are thankful that we chose this business to care for our cat.

I had an appointment at 10:30 AM and when I got there, the front receptionist said the doctor was running 15 minutes late and she said I could reschedule my appointment or wait. I decided to wait. After 25 minutes, no one had even come to check my pets weight or ask what concerns I had. Once I decided to leave, the vet was walking in casually on his phone without any sense of urgency that he was 30 minutes for his appointment. This place, like everyone else in their right mind has said, is AWFUL. The vet and the entire staff besides one single person was extremely rude and unhelpful. I took my new puppy in for her shots/physical exam and within 10 minutes of viewing her, my bill was close to $500. When asked about the charges and what exactly she was going to be given, I was told little to nothing and it seemed as though I was annoying them to even have to ask. I took both my pregnant Frenchies for an X-ray to get a count of puppies. The X-ray quality was horrible and Dr couldn't give me a count. When requested to redo the X-rays, my husband was told we would have to pay again $140 each dog! Ridiculous! Do your reviews and call around before coming here! Will not be coming here again!

The veterinarian themself is courteous and knowledge. The support staff not so much. I don't remember the last time I was there were they wither weren't running late, completely forgot about me waiting as instructed in the parking lot (because of COVID), filled my prescription fully (I'd call in to refill it. They'd take the order and provide me with a timeframe, but them shorted me purposely 5-10 pills because they were out. Dr. Gill was absolutely horrible. First off, he doesn't know how to talk to people without sounding and looking cold. Secondly, the way he handle my 10lb dog was way too rough. I took her in for slightly labored breathing and after X-rays showed some small tumors in her lungs, he told me I should put my dog down!!! Mind you, my dog still eats, drinks, sleeps, pees and poops. Please do not take your pet here!!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE. The staff are a joke absolutely clueless. My dog cannot walk for some reason. Took my dog here for second opinion waited in the car which is not the issue. The issue is after waiting 20 mins they come out to tell me the vet is going to look at my dog in the car! Because they didn't want to carry her in the building and to avoid stressing her out. Are you kidding me! Don't you think she is stressed sitting in the car? What kind of exam was this so called vet going to do in the car. This place should be ashamed of themselves they have no compassion ...heartless

They are always compassionate, friendly and knowledgeable and have great hours to take in your animal. I have seen two different vets at family pet hospital and would give a 5 star to each of them. They are excellent at explaining everything to you and give you options for your animals care. Would and will recommend them to everyone .

I really wanted to like this office. When I first started visiting, I appreciated that I received my information and reminders via email and that the hours were so convenient. Lately, though, the staff has become belligerent, confusing and difficult to deal with. I have been trying to diagnose an issue with my dachshund and we have made multiple visits since February, spending thousands of dollars on tests and treatments. Friendly, Caring Doctors and Staff. Very Clean Facility. Extended hours make it very helpful to get care for pets without having to take a day off from work. I also Have had to go in for emergency services on a weekend and appreciated having a Veterinarian on site. Also they are part of the ScratchPay Network that will Pre-Arrange for Emergency Loan 24 hours a day so you can get treatment for your pets.
