Today we sent our golden retriever of 14 years to the doghouse in the sky. Upon arrival Harley was anxious and thrown off that the four of us were at the vet with him. However, his usual vet tech comforted him and told us she was sorry we were losing such a great dog. Not once did our family feel that Companion saw Harley as revenue rather than an animal.

I cannot say enough about the poor service here at Companion. They have animal cruelty issues and do not care about the safety of their customers. In fact, I found out that there is no vet working and they are having there assistant staff administer surgeries, among other things. Please, do your pet and yourself a favor and please go to a different vet. Your pet will thank you for it.

If I had a choice of leaving no stars I would have put nothing. I did not like how they run their practice. I had to wait in my car while my German Shepherd puppy was been examined, (while they lock the front door) how was I supposed to talk to the dr. about my puppy concern. While my puppy was being examined. This was his first time in a vet. I call ahead of time to specifically for what my puppy was being seen for( vaccination/mico chip). While I was outsde of the office. I was handed a paper of which had all these other add on and charges that I did not request. If that wasn't enough they handed

I called the this hospital and got the appointment right away, this was after calling and visiting three vet hospitals just to be turned down each time or a waiting time of eight to ten hours! My own regular vet turned me down ASAP because of the patient load. I told them that Nero was so uncomfortable and I am leaving out of town. Still no.
I called this vet clinic and Dr Singh answered right away. The visit was planned and done! Thank you and hopefully Nero’s ear infection will be eradicated! I took a bunch of business cards and will be distributing them!!!! Now my mind will be at ease when
