I’m usually not big on sharing my experience until I’ve been really moved and man.. Harley Davidson in San Jose has moved me! While gear shopping in Cycle Gear in 2020, I stumbled into the HDSJ hub. Inside, everyone had a mask on but I can truly tell each person had a smile on their face. The showroom environment looked very organized and KYC inviting. Malcom mostly assisted me around the shop along with the bro, Gill. The showroom had all different styles of bikes and all had different characteristics to each of them. At the time, I didn’t know a lot about Harleys as I’ve road sportbikes

The staff at San Jose HD dealership stayed till extremely late in the night to make sure I get my bike on the same day, even after me entering their center after 6 PM. Anthony, Terry and Rush. The Finances department also helped me out in reducing my interest rate for financing and they fought for me with the bank. They really gave it a personal touch while explaining me the features of the bike. They were very serious and spirited about ringing the bell as well as its their tradition, even though it was around 10:30 PM in the night.

Wanted to test ride the sportster S, made an appointment via email.
Malcolm Singh sent me two emails with the request that I ask for him when coming in. Confirmed I would twice. The second email came in the evening before my appointment at opening time the next morning.
Arrived on time to learn that they don't have the bike available since they sold both the day before.
So why not let me know?
You had my email address.
Very very bad customer 'service'.
Assuming this is exemplary for your customer interaction no HD in my garage.
Or was the mask I was wearing to disturbing to all other people

Purchase my very first motorcycle at this location, the sales rep was good, knew what he was talking about and gave me pointers, but I had already made up my mind on a new 2021 sportster 1200, since it was my first ever motorcycle. 3 stars for the service of the guys and gals who helped me out they were great , but I feel like they lack in the whole organization of the dealership. I bought a new motorcycle and the battery died on me , I asked how long will it take to get the motocycle back up and running and they couldn't provide me with a date and time of when I'd get it back if I took it in for

An Excellent experience. I flew in from Seattle and was picked up by my sales person (Rush). I was introduced to all departments, given little extras to share with friends at home… sales and negotiation was friendly and not adverse. It was the best large dollar $$$ buying experience ever with people who treated me like an old friend.
