Pick up and return was easy, payment was easy. I rented a kids table, and chairs. White chairs were a little dirty, and the wooden table was beaten up. I will visit another location before returning here. If I was to rent again it would be due to convenience. Customer service would be better if they made suggestions due to how their rentals looked

I used Allied for my wedding reception back in October. Everything was good until the day before my event when I got an email stating that the two wine barrels I rented would not be delivered because management was concerned about leaving them outside without a cover. I immediately called to explain that the barrels were actually an essential part of the bar and that changing our order 24 hours before our event was not ideal as I had already bought and stained the wood planks for the rest of the bar. I asked them to leave the barrels inside the venue and our team would move just before the actual

I have no idea what their services are like but their drivers are rude, block entries and exits to roads and when reported to the manager the manager was "busy" and did not personally speak to m. Their vehicle almost hit ours twice as we were struggling to get around it in order to reach our residence.
