As a professional balloon decorating company, we offer a number of unique ideas to improve the atmosphere of your event. Our team of professional balloon crafters specializes in creating larger than life balloon sculptures.
In the unlikely event of a service issue; please make claim no later than 3 days after delivery. After this deadline no replacements, refunds, or credits will be issued. We require a photograph of defective balloons be emailed to info@balloonsdc.com with a note providing the invoice number in order for us to replace or issue a refund.

Our Get Well balloon bouquets will bring cheer to those in need. These bouquets are helium-filled and all mylar / foil. Latex balloons are not used in our arrangements, making them hospital compliant for those who suffer from latex allergies. Choose from our great selection of balloon bouquets or contact us for a custom or personalized creation.
Our helium tank packages are complete inflation kits that include helium, filler, balloons, curling ribbon and tying clips. Our helium tank capacity is based on 11-12 inch latex balloons or 18-inch Mylar (foil) balloons. 16-inch latex balloons use triple the amount of helium than 11-12 inch class. All rental tanks include a standard latex filler, 3 days of rental, and hands on instruction for safe use.

This company was supposed to deliver 100 balloons for a candlelight vigil for my neighbor who passed away. I spoke with them twice on the day of the scheduled delivery. They said they were on their way but they never showed up and stopped answering the phone. They left a grieving mother without balloons for the balloon release in honor of her son. Shameful. Avoid this company.

My organization had a fantastic experience with Balloons DC for our annual student showcase, from Jennifer taking our order and assisting with questions to James delivering and ensuring proper setup. They even added some extra balloons just in case some in the arrangements popped during the event. After having wrangled grocery store balloons in my car last year amid myriad other event preparations, the ease of placing a quick order over the phone and having everything show up on time and with great customer service was a huge relief. Ordered 3 dozen latex and 4 large mylar letter balloons for delivery to our son's engagement party venue. The order process was efficient. They were very responsive to a couple small adjustments to the first quote. Balloons arrived right on time and added a festive atmosphere! The large letters featured in so many wonderful pictures! This business is great! I called 1-2 days before the event and the process was easy, quick and everything I needed to ensure decorations were taken care of seamlessly.
I appreciate the flexibility of the owner, who I believe answered the phone, and again, the ease of use and delivery. I really just want to thank this business for ensuring that all the little details were taken care of and that I really did not have to worry about anything on the day of the event. I handle admin for a custom cake company (Imagine Cake Studio), and a client from out of town wanted to order a birthday cake for her daughter who goes to AU. As we worked through the details, she told me that last year she'd tried to send her birthday flowers, balloons, and more via FTD and the order never showed up! Her poor daughter literally thought her mom had forgotten her birthday! Can you imagine?

Balloons DC has been great for all of our dances, pep rallies and talent shows! We've used them for over 4 years now and wouldn't use any other company. I've used this company once before, and had a great experience, so I called them again for a business event. The balloons were delivered on time, in the colors that we ordered, and they lasted until the next day! Balloons DC even included 3 extra balloons, just in case! I did check other companies, and found them to be competitively priced. Great doing business with them, will order from them again for our next event:)

Submitted an order on their website to send some balloons to my niece's boyfriend who happened to be in town for his birthday. I had a teenager waiting for answers and updates about her boyfriend's balloons.... I placed the order as instructed on the site, gave all my contact information and I was told that they would contact me for payment. Fast forward to the day the balloons had to be delivered and NO ONE reached out. Early that morning I called the number on their website, and I got an answering machine that wouldn't even let me leave a message. So here I am the day of the birthday

10 days in advance of a birthday party, I called to get a quote for some helium balloons and delivery. I needed to talk to a live person, as their web site allows you to order balloons in solid colors, but I wanted to ask about specialty balloons. The first time I called, they told me their "sales department" closes earlier, so no one was available to assist me. The second time I called (a few days later) they told me that no one from the "sales department" was available to assist me. Found out on a Friday afternoon that I needed two bunches of balloons on Monday morning by 8am...yikes After stressing for a second, doing a quick Google search and clicking on Balloons DC, I ordered and paid for my last minute order in under 10 minutes. Easy as pie
Just as promised, my order arrived on Monday morning. Slightly early 7:45am, which was thoroughly appreciated and I looked like a shining star

i needed 35 balloons delivered to my house in Chevy Chase, DC yesterday.
on tuesday i submitted my order via their web site. received a near immediate, personal, confirmation with a clarifying question. paid via paypal.
their delivery was exactly on-time, complete, accurate, friendly, blah blah blah... just absolutely perfect.
yeah, it was a little expensive, but whatever... it was worth every penny.

Awesome, fast, quality, professional ! A week before Easter I ordered 50 Hi-Float pastel colored balloons for a brunch. I did all of this online through their website. A quick email confirmed my date and time. There was one question and in two exchanges all was set. One hour into my delivery window I was called to say they were on their way. Meeting the crew outside they had all my items prepared to make setup painless. I love to support local businesses whenever I can, I will definitely be using them again!
