The one star is a lucky star! I used to love renting from USA Party Rental, but this experience has greatly changed my perception of the business. Communication with the company is nonexistent. When you call the office, you are redirected to the website or email with the option to leave a voicemail. However, they do not reply to any of the above. After 20 attempts over 3 weeks, I finally received a call after stating I will not pay until my order was corrected. During the phone call (which was only 2 days before the rental), the delivery time was confirmed verbally. The order was needed by 1 PM

Take your business elsewhere. Showed up at opening to pick up my items for an event I had and nobody was there. I waited for over an hour after they were scheduled to open and nobody came. I ended up having to scramble to find another rental company that had all of my items available for pickup immediately, and shelled out an additional $460 some dollars. Not to mention that it threw my day off schedule for an event taking place that afternoon. When brought to his attention, the manager never called to apologize and didn't even want to refund me. My aunt was looking for a company in MD for my uncles birthday. I came across this company through some mutual friends.

U S A party rental Inc located in Landover MD are very unprofessional and cheaters. They take your order Charge you full amount and at the day of event send whatever they have in stock. This happened with me. On September 22nd, 2018 My daughter’s had engagement party at home. We order 60 chiavari chairs and some tables. When we start placing them find out it’s 2 different type of chairs. It was Saturday and I called office To inquire but unfortunately unprofessional male receptionist answered, instead of listening and acknowledged my concern and problem he start arguing with me. USA Party Rental was phenomenal to work with! Ingrid, my leasing coordinator, was responsive and very helpful with last minute changes. She helped me nail down a delivery time. Not only was their delivery team early, they were very communicative, calling twice to update me on their status. Once they arrived they were professional and kind. I will definitely use them again! A two-thumps up!
