Too much tricks. made a showing appointment yesterday, then they asked me some questions, do not reply my question about their standard of choosing tenants. Reminded me the showing this morning, then still texted questions 1 hour before touring. I miss the text but when I arrived there for showing, still asked me some questions first, then told me no touring. wasting time. Bias?

If you are considering renting here, WATCH OUT!!!!!!!!!!!
This place has the worst attitude and customer service ever, it does not worth your money at all. I signed a lease and lived here for a year, and that was probably the WORST choice I have ever made in my life.
Everything costs your money in here, they try to charge you in every way they can. You are definitely going to end up losing bunch of money because of getting charged for some reasons you don't even know.
KATLYN FOUT has the most UNFRIENDLY attitude ever. I think she hates her job so much that she does not want to help any renter

I lived here for 2.5 years. After an extensive apartment search, I found the Ivy Towns and Flats to be the best fit for myself. I was a college-aged professional working for Purdue University. The Ivy was a very fond home of mine, and I really enjoyed my time living at these apartments. This is an established, somewhat quiet and professional neighborhood with beautifully built apartments. From my experience living here, most tenants were in their 20s and 30s.
I selected this area because I knew I wanted to be close enough to Purdue University, but I wanted housing that was of higher quality and

There is a reason why this apartment complex overall has a 3 star review!! I have lived here for SEVERAL years and there are multiple problems with the apartment units themselves. The units themselves are very poorly build with wood (obviously) so you can hear everything and anything that’s going on from your neighbors units, outdoors etc. It is also true that they charge you for very tedious things (water, sewage, trash) and increases your rent every once in a while. The trash disposal site is almost always not clean; there’s always trash piled up (even though they charge us for trash to manage

I lived at the Ivy for two years and while every apartment complex has its issues, this is definitely my favorite apartment community I’ve ever lived in (I’ve also lived at other complexes like the Avenue and a house on campus). The maintenance staff especially is so helpful and attentive. There were multiple times that I submitted a maintenance request in the morning and it was taken care of by the afternoon which is basically unheard of for apartment complexes.
My apartment itself was super comfortable and I loved having the locked keypad entry to get in. My roommate and I are both young

I wanted to write a good review for the Ivy, because the rating shown on Google does not adequately reflect the apartment community. If you read the low star reviews, many of them lack detail or did not even live here. First of all, the management here has been exceptional, long before I actually moved in to the apartment complex, in figuring out my lease and things like that. They always have the right answers to any questions I might have, and they are very quick to respond and easy to reach. Additionally, the community is kept very well, and looks very nice. There is no trash lying around the
