Scammers. I had a terrible experience. I do not recommend.
I rented Ducati 898 which was matte black wrapped for good looks. I asked for a mobile phone holder as I'm new to Miami, and I think it's a fair ask.
They got rough mobile phone holder and it was placed in a way when motorcycle is locked it will touch the tank (when turning wheel to left).
The mobile phone holder ended up scratching the Matt black wrapper, while original motorcycle paint is still pristine.
They ended up charging me $350 for this which was caused by their poor set up.

Armand is a class act gentleman and business owner. A few buddies of mine were down from out of town whom were a bit strapped with travel expenses but gave them an amazing deal on renting them a couple bikes and a badass slingshot! He is my go to guy for rentals and highly recommend him for anyone looking to do the same. Would have rated him 10 stars if I could. His service and shop is by far the best I’ve seen around! Thank you so much for everything.

This guy will rip you off! My group rented mopeds here and during the ride a part broke on my bike. I ride dirt bikes and am very familiar with maintenance and part replacement - I was charged $200 for a $20 part that would take me 10 minutes to replace. Also, I asked to be emailed the receipt for the part fix and never was. This guy will blatantly rip you off and keep your entire security deposit if he encounters a single issue - no matter how small. Bad business of taking advantage of people - I suggest going literally anywhere else in Miami.

Rented a scooter (passola if you're dominican) twice already! the service here is impeccable -- armando was super helpful in getting our scooter out for us quickly! they always have nice scooters so you're riding in style don't forget your sunglasses as it's state law to have them on while you're riding. great prices too. will definitely come back here and recommend it to all my friends coming to miami. it's also conveniently located close to wynwood so u can explore con gusto!

3rd time I rent a motorcycle here and definitely not my last. Every time it has been phenomenal service. It's not common for experiences to be positive consistently but it was great. Great attitude, fast service, good prices, definitely recommend it for both locals and tourists. I was born and raised in Miami and it was an awesome experience to rents scooters with my friends and tour around Miami. Not only does he explain everything but is willing to help out with any needs. Looking forward to coming back for another Ducati.

Overall great experience. Responsive on email, attractive bikes, fair pricing, close to the airport, relatively quick checkout procedure. Only let down was that the bike I had booked online wasn't ready when I showed up. But the owner promised himself to drive the bike to my location the next day, while giving me a substitute bike to get to my destination. True to his word he arrived the next morning, and I enjoyed the BMW 1000RR the rest of the rental period (1 week). That's good service! We know, Wynwood is a must visit while in Miami. We know they have amazing street art and art boutiques. They also have amazing brewery's and restaurants. What most people don't know is that there's limited parking and a lot of walking if you want to see it all. That's why my family LOVED LuxMoto! We rented scooters for the day and explored the whole area! Safe, no traffic, no parking fees and they even guided us for the day!
