I suffered a blowout on my BMW R1200RT returning from a birthday trip to the Florida Keys. Jorge Wickel the service manager at Motorcycles of Miami handled the repair promptly and right on estimate. My 285 mile ride home after repairs was perfect. Every aspect of my interaction with Jorge and the entire crew at Motorcycles of Miami was as good as I could have expected.

I am not the biggest fan of dealerships, nor motorcycle/car salesmen. I guess this came across to change my mind, the vibe in the store is amazing, the salesman David was so professional and concerned with a my experience in the shop that I could not believe. Well, needless to say, I stop looking around and bought my motorcycle with him. Never pushy, nothing in the store is overpriced from bikes to gears. I checked though the Internet.

Best service ever. I own a 2016 S1000XR and after repairing the ignition and changing my tires, the bike rides and feels like new. Don't know if is my perception, yet it feels faster than before. Great people, honest and very knowledgeable about the product. You can't ask for more.

Very unfortunate to have such a bad experience with this shop, as it is the closest to where I live. I had been ignoring the rumors and negative reputation BMW MoM has been building within the rider community of city, until I had a bad taste myself. Aside from not fixing the bike properly, I was overcharged by almost 3 times the estimated cost, for living it there longer than expected (covid plus sprained ankle) - when in fact, the bike wasn't fixed in the timeframe advised.
Don't take my word for it, but please ask around before trusting your motorcycle or your business to this establishment

Took my bmw g310r for my very first service this past Saturday. Carlos was awesome! He went out of his way to get me in there the same day, and I called ON a holiday weekend!! When I got there everyone was friendly from the start! Quick service too considering it was so last minute. I also bought a hoodie and the girl was so very helpful! Ended up selling me the very last S they had and gave me a complimentary shirt. A one customer service. Thanks guys!

The female employee that I dealt with wasn't very customer service friendly, but the manager was awesome to deal with.. 2 stars off for that employee. I went here for my brother to do an exchange, the employee refused and just walked off not to be seen again. I then asked another employee for the manager, who was very pleasant to deal with and took back the exchange without the upc code, and gave me another larger jacket. Since my brother has spent tens of thousands of dollars here in a very short amount of time, it was definitely the right thing to do keep his business and satisfy the customer

I brought my 2020 Royal Enfield 650 Interceptor to BMW Motorcycles of Miami. Yes, they are now a fully functioning Royal Enfield dealership. The show room and service departments are spotless and welcoming. Although I did not purchase my bike here, they treated me as a valued customer. Jorge, their Service Manager is exceptionally professional and efficient. In case you’re wondering they also follow strict Covid-19 protocols. I will keep them in my short list of preferred dealers for the future.

Been to this dealer many times before to buy accessories for my bike and service my bike as well which I didn't buy from them at the time because they didn't have in stock and they have always treated me as part of the family and never have had a single complaint about any of the employees or the service provided to me. All the personel is very friendly.
Yesterday as I dropped off my bike for service and I ended up buying my second bike a 2020 S1000RR and the customer service was great. Humberto was great in putting all the numbers together for me and getting me a good deal along with the store
